The short answer
ZoopCoder publishes an app on Google Play for a fixed ₹1,999, submitting it for review within 1-2 working days of receiving everything. Every app needs a store listing, content rating questionnaire, Data safety form, target audience declaration and a privacy policy URL before Google will accept it. Personal developer accounts created after 13 November 2023 must first run a closed test with at least 12 testers for 14 days before they can publish to production.

Most first-time rejections come from the declarations: a Data safety form that does not match what the app actually collects, a missing privacy policy, or a wrong target-audience answer.
