The short answer
ZoopCoder moves one published app from your current Google Play developer account to another for a fixed ₹2,499, with the transfer request filed in 3-5 working days. Google charges nothing for an app transfer, but it will not start one without the US$25 registration transaction ID of the receiving account and owner-level sign-off on both sides, and Google then takes up to 2 business days to complete it. About this service
An app transfer is the correct way to move an app when a business changes hands, a founder splits from a partner, an agency hands a client their own account, or a personal account becomes an organisation account. It is not the same as re-uploading the app: a transfer keeps the package name, the reviews, the ratings, the install base and the signing key, so existing users get updates as normal. Re-uploading loses all of that permanently. Google itself charges nothing and the console flow is short — the money here buys the pre-flight check and the clean-up. Most broken transfers we see are not the transfer at all: they are the AdMob account that still owns the ad units, the Firebase project the new owner cannot open, and the OAuth client that stops Google Sign-In the moment the old account is closed. We check those before filing, and fix them after. Questions before you buy
Will I lose my reviews, ratings and installs?
No. A Play Console app transfer moves the listing with its reviews, ratings, install base and release history intact. Re-uploading the app under a new package name would lose all of it, which is why a transfer is the right route.
Does Google charge for an app transfer?
No. Google charges nothing for the transfer itself. The only Google fee involved is the one-time US$25 developer registration the receiving account already paid — its transaction ID is what Google asks for to identify the account.
How long does Google take?
Google states the transfer completes within about 2 business days of the request being filed. That window is Google's and sits outside our 3-5 day filing time.
Do users have to reinstall the app?
No. The package name and signing key do not change, so existing installs keep working and keep receiving updates from the new account.
What happens to my in-app purchases and subscriptions?
In-app products and subscriptions move with the app, but the payouts profile does not — the new account needs its own merchant/payments profile set up before it can be paid. We flag this in the pre-flight check.
Can you transfer an app that is suspended?
No. Google will not transfer a suspended app. The suspension has to be resolved first — that is a separate service (₹3,999) and its outcome is Google's decision.
