About this service
Most "e-signature integration" problems are not the signing itself — DocuSign and Zoho Sign both handle that — it is the status coming back correctly. A page that only checks status when the customer clicks "I'm done" misses signers who close the tab, sign later from an email link, or decline; the fix is a server-side webhook that listens for the provider's own signed/declined/voided events and updates your record automatically, plus fetching and storing the completed PDF once it is ready. We build that connection into one existing workflow on your site or app — a contract form, an onboarding step, a vendor agreement — using an account you already control. We do not set up the DocuSign or Zoho Sign account itself or take on its subscription cost; this is the wiring between your app and a provider you already have.

Which should I choose, DocuSign or Zoho Sign?
Either — we integrate with whichever you already have an account for. If you use other Zoho products, Zoho Sign usually costs less and shares your existing login.
What happens if a signer closes the browser before finishing?
The webhook listens for the provider's own status events, so your record updates correctly whether they finish in the same session or come back later from the email link.
Can this cover more than one contract type?
This scope covers one workflow or document template. Additional workflows are quoted separately, at a lower per-workflow rate since the core connection already exists.
