By accessing and using ZoopCoder's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of ZoopCoder services immediately.

These terms apply to all users of ZoopCoder services, including website visitors, clients, and third parties accessing our platform.

2. Services Provided

ZoopCoder provides the following digital services:

  • Website Development (custom websites, WordPress, Shopify, e-commerce)
  • Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native)
  • Software Development (SaaS, CRM, ERP, custom enterprise solutions)
  • UI/UX Design services
  • SEO and digital marketing services
  • Business automation solutions
  • AI-powered solutions and integrations

Specific service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts agreed upon between ZoopCoder and the client.

3. Payment Terms

ZoopCoder follows a milestone-based payment structure: 30% advance, 40% milestone, 30% completion.

Late payments may result in project suspension. ZoopCoder reserves the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients own all custom code and designs created specifically for their project by ZoopCoder.

ZoopCoder retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, libraries, and tools developed by ZoopCoder.

5. Warranties and Support

ZoopCoder provides a 30-day warranty on all delivered projects, covering bug fixes and minor adjustments at no additional cost.

The warranty does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party integrations, or hosting problems.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZoopCoder's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. ZoopCoder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
