About this service
Two questions decide whether an app gets better after launch: what are people actually doing in it, and what is breaking for them. Firebase answers both for free, and most small apps still ship without it. This is the setup work. We register your app in a Firebase project you own, wire the config files into the build the way the Gradle and Xcode plugins expect, turn on Google Analytics for Firebase so screens and sessions are tracked without extra code, and implement up to eight custom events for the moments that matter — a signup finished, an item added, a payment completed — with up to three of them marked as key events so they appear in the conversion reports. On the crash side we enable Crashlytics and, more importantly, configure the automatic upload of your ProGuard/R8 mapping file or iOS dSYM, which is the step that decides whether a crash report names a real class and line or a meaningless a.b.c. We then force a test crash and fire test events so you can watch them land in the console before you take our word for it, and hand back a signed build plus a written list of every event name.
Questions before you buy
Does Firebase itself cost anything?
Google Analytics for Firebase and Crashlytics are free on Firebase’s no-cost Spark plan, with no volume charge for what is set up here. You only pay Google if you later add paid products such as Cloud Functions or BigQuery export.
My app is Flutter or React Native — is it the same price?
Yes, as long as the project builds on our machine. The plugin route differs but the scope and price do not.
Will I see the crashes that already happened?
No. Crashlytics reports crashes from builds that contain the SDK onwards — earlier crashes cannot be recovered. Play Console Android vitals may still show some past crash and ANR clusters.
Can it be added without releasing a new build?
No. The SDK ships inside the app, so data only starts arriving once users are on the new build. That is why the signed build is part of the delivery.
Who owns the Firebase project and the data?
You do. It is created under your Google account or your existing project, we are added as a member, and you can remove our access the day it is done.
Can you also fix the crashes you find?
That is separate work — a reproducible crash is fixed as an Android App Bug & Crash Fix at ₹1,299 per issue, or covered by the ₹2,999/month maintenance plan.
