About this service
Many small businesses run on a Google Sheet: leads, orders, attendance, fees or stock. The problem is the manual work around it: copying form replies, emailing reminders, making a weekly summary. Google Apps Script can do all of that inside your own Google account for free. We write scripts that trigger on a schedule, on a new form submission or on a button click, so reminders go out, reports arrive in your inbox and rows update themselves. The code is commented and stays in your sheet, so you are not dependent on a paid automation subscription.

Is there a monthly fee?
No. Apps Script is free within Google account quotas; you only pay this one-time build price.
How many emails can it actually send a day?
Exactly 100 recipients a day on a personal Gmail account, or 1,500 a day on Google Workspace, per Google's own Apps Script quotas page — we design the automation to stay inside whichever cap applies to you.
Can it connect to WhatsApp?
Only through an official API such as the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is quoted separately.
What if I need changes later?
The script is documented so you can adjust it, or we can make changes as a small follow-up job.
Why did my automation stop running on its own?
Almost always Google's daily trigger-runtime quota — 90 minutes of total trigger execution a day on a personal Gmail account, 6 hours a day on Google Workspace. It resets every 24 hours but a script that quietly grows past it just stops firing with no error email. We size automations to stay well inside that budget, or flag upgrading to Workspace if you are already close.
Can it pull data from an external API or website, not just a form?
Yes, using Apps Script's own UrlFetchApp service — free for up to 20,000 calls a day on a personal account, 100,000 a day on Google Workspace. That covers almost any small-business automation; a workflow that needs more than that or a persistent backend is better suited to our separate API Integration service.
