The short answer
ZoopCoder fixes one broken Excel VBA macro — a run-time error, a macro that stopped running after a move to a new PC or an Office update, or one that produces wrong totals — for a fixed ₹1,399 per issue, returned as a corrected .xlsm workbook with a note on what changed in 2-3 working days. Two common reasons a macro suddenly refuses to run on a different machine are checked before any code is touched: Microsoft blocks macros in files downloaded from the internet by default, so the workbook shows a red "Security Risk" banner until it is unblocked, and older Declare statements written for 32-bit Office will not compile on 64-bit Office until they are marked PtrSafe.
What you get
- Your existing workbook and macro reviewed for the one reported failure
- The failure reproduced on a copy of your workbook
- Root cause traced: a code error, a changed sheet layout or file path, a 64-bit compile problem or a macro security setting
- The fix made inside the existing VBA code — not a rewrite from scratch
- Tested on a copy of your real workbook before it is returned
- The corrected .xlsm back, plus a short written note on what broke and what was changed
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions if the same issue is still not fixed

About this service
Most business macros are written once by someone who has since left, and then break the first time anything around them changes: a column is inserted, a file moves to a new folder, a laptop is replaced, or Office is updated. The macro itself may be fine and the cause is the setting around it, which is why we check the security banner and the 32-bit versus 64-bit compile state before reading a line of code, then step through the macro on a copy of your workbook to find where it first goes wrong. If the same job lives in Google Sheets rather than Excel, our Google Sheets / Apps Script Bug Fix service is the right one.
Questions before you buy
What counts as one issue?
One macro or run-time error with one underlying cause. If two symptoms share one root cause, that still counts as one issue.
Do you need my actual workbook?
Yes, a copy of it. If it holds confidential data, send a copy with the sensitive rows removed or replaced — the macro logic is what we need to see.
Can you fix a macro you did not write?
Yes, once we can read the code. We confirm that on the first working day.
My macro works on my PC but not on a colleague's — why?
Usually the colleague has the file blocked as downloaded from the internet, a different 32-bit or 64-bit Office, or a missing reference. We check those first.
The VBA project is password-protected and I forgot the password.
We do not crack or bypass VBA passwords. If you can unlock it yourself or hold the password, we can proceed.
Can you also add a new feature while fixing it?
Not in this price — this service fixes what is broken. New features are quoted separately once we know what is needed.
