The short answer

ZoopCoder prepares and files the Meta App Review submission for one Facebook or Instagram app, covering up to 3 permissions, for a fixed ₹3,999, ready to file in 3-5 working days. For each permission we write the use-case explanation, the step-by-step test instructions and a screen-recorded walkthrough, and we include one resubmission if Meta sends it back. Meta alone decides every review and no one can guarantee approval, so this service is about removing the usual reasons for rejection: a screencast that skips the login or the permission being used, instructions the reviewer cannot follow, or a use case that does not match what the app really does.

What you get

  • A check of your Meta app and the permissions you want (for example Instagram content publishing, Pages management or Instagram messaging), and an honest note on which of them Meta is likely to ask more about
  • A written use-case explanation for each permission, up to 3, in the plain wording the reviewer needs
  • Step-by-step test instructions and a test login for the reviewer, written so that someone who has never seen your app can follow them
  • One screen-recorded walkthrough per permission, recorded on your test version of the app, showing login, the permission request and the feature that uses it
  • A check of the other items the submission asks for: privacy policy link, data deletion instructions or callback URL, app icon and category
  • Filing of the submission from your app dashboard (you give us the role needed, and can remove it afterwards) or, if you prefer, a package you file yourself while we guide you on a call
  • One resubmission with corrected notes and a new screencast if Meta returns the first one

What we need from you

  • A Meta app that already works: the permission features are built and a reviewer can log in and use them on a test version
  • A test account or login for the reviewer, and a privacy policy page on your own website
  • Admin access to the Meta app, or a call with an admin on the day of filing

Not included

  • Meta approval of any permission, which is decided by Meta alone and is not guaranteed by us or by anyone else
  • Building or fixing the Facebook or Instagram integration inside your app — quoted separately after we see the code, see API Integration
  • Meta business verification, if Meta asks for it before granting advanced access — we tell you on the first call whether your permissions need it, and filing it is quoted separately
  • More than 3 permissions or more than one app — each extra permission or app is quoted separately
  • WhatsApp Business Platform onboarding, which is a different process — see WhatsApp Business API Verification
  • Meta review time itself, which runs on Meta timeline after filing

About this service

A new Meta app can use most permissions only for people who have a role on the app, such as admins, developers and testers. To use the same permissions with real customers or other people accounts, the app needs advanced access, and that is granted through App Review. The reviewer works through a checklist: they read your explanation, follow your test steps, watch your screencast and check that the permission is used for exactly what you said. Most rejections come from something small, a login that is missing from the recording, a test account that does not work, or a description so general that it does not match the screen. We prepare the package the way the reviewer will read it and test it ourselves first. We never exaggerate what your app does to get a permission, because a mismatch between the text and the product is the quickest way to a rejection. If your app also needs the integration itself built or repaired, see API Integration, and for a WhatsApp number on the official platform see WhatsApp Business API Verification.

Questions before you buy

Can you guarantee Meta will approve my permissions?

No. Meta decides every review and nobody outside Meta can promise the result. What we do is prepare the submission carefully and include one resubmission if it is returned.

How long does Meta take to review?

It varies and is set by Meta, so it is separate from our 3-5 working days. We tell you when Meta replies and what it says.

Do I need to give you my Facebook password?

No. Filing needs a role on the app, which you can add and later remove. We never need your personal login, only a test account for the reviewer.

My app is not finished. Can you still submit it?

Only the permission features need to work on a test version. Meta wants to see them working, so a screencast of a feature that does not exist yet would be rejected and we would not record one.

Which permissions are covered?

Any Facebook Login, Pages or Instagram Graph API permission that needs advanced access, up to 3 per fee. Some permissions need extra steps such as business verification, which we tell you about on the first call.

What if the rejection reason is about my app, not the paperwork?

If Meta rejects because a feature does not work or collects data it should not, the fix is in your app. We tell you exactly what Meta objected to, and the fix itself is quoted separately.
