The short answer

ZoopCoder audits up to 15 pages of your website against WCAG 2.1 Level AA for a fixed ₹4,999, delivered in 5-7 working days as a prioritised report, not a certificate. Automated scanners such as axe and WAVE only catch an estimated 30-40% of real accessibility issues — colour contrast, missing alt text, broken heading structure — so every audit also includes manual testing with a keyboard alone and a screen reader (NVDA or VoiceOver) on your key pages, which is the only way to catch the keyboard traps and unlabelled form fields that automated tools miss entirely.

What you get

  • Automated scan of up to 15 pages using axe-core and WAVE
  • Manual keyboard-only navigation test on your homepage, one form and one conversion page
  • Manual screen reader spot check (NVDA or VoiceOver) on the same pages
  • Colour contrast check against WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds (4.5:1 text, 3:1 large text/UI)
  • A written report of every issue found, mapped to the specific WCAG 2.1 success criterion it fails
  • Issues ranked Critical / Serious / Moderate / Minor so you know what to fix first

What we need from you

  • The live URL and a list of the pages you most want covered if your site has more than 15
  • Login details if any of the 15 pages sit behind a login

Not included

  • Writing the code fixes — this is an audit and report; fixing the issues is quoted separately once we know the scope (existing services like Website Bug Fix or WordPress Malware Removal cover small fix batches)
  • A legal compliance certificate or guarantee of ADA/RPWD lawsuit protection — no audit can promise that, only reduce real risk
  • More than 15 pages — quoted per additional 10 pages
  • PDF or downloadable-document accessibility (PDF/UA) — different standard, quoted separately

About this service

Automated accessibility scanners are a starting point, not the answer — independent studies of axe and WAVE put their real-world detection rate at roughly a third of actual WCAG failures, because things like "does this form field make sense when you cannot see the layout" or "can you actually reach this menu with only a keyboard" require a human to try it, not a script to parse the DOM. This audit runs both: the automated pass catches the easy, high-volume issues (missing alt text, low contrast, missing form labels) fast and cheaply, and the manual keyboard-and-screen-reader pass on your most important pages catches the issues that actually block a real user, which is where most self-service "accessibility checker" tools stop short. The output is a single report ranked by severity so a developer — ours or yours — knows exactly what to fix first, each issue tied to the specific WCAG 2.1 success criterion it fails rather than a vague score.

Questions before you buy

Do you fix the issues you find, or just report them?

This service is the audit and report. Once you see the issue list, small fix batches can go through our Website Bug Fix service; larger rebuilds are quoted once we know the real scope.

Will this audit protect us from an accessibility lawsuit?

No audit can promise that, and we will not claim it does. It gives you an honest, prioritised picture of your real risk and lets you close the worst gaps first — that is a genuine risk reduction, not a guarantee.

Why WCAG 2.1 AA and not the newer WCAG 2.2?

AA is the level referenced by most accessibility law and by India's own RPWD Act guidelines, and it is what automated tools and screen readers are best tested against. We flag any WCAG 2.2-specific criteria worth knowing about in the report notes.

My site has more than 15 pages — can you still help?

Yes, quoted per additional 10 pages once we see your sitemap — we prioritise the pages with the most traffic or the ones a lawsuit is actually likely to target, like your homepage, forms and checkout.

Do you test on real screen reader software?

Yes — NVDA on Windows or VoiceOver on Mac, on your homepage, one form and one conversion page, in addition to the automated scan across all 15 pages.
