This covers a single campaign — up to 5,000 contacts, one message template designed and submitted for Meta approval, and the send itself with a delivery report — not an ongoing bot or a recurring subscription. Meta only allows template messages to numbers that have opted in, so we can send to your existing customer or lead list but we do not supply or scrape contacts, and Meta bills its own per-message rate directly to your account on top of our fee.

About this service
A lot of small businesses already have a customer list — old invoices, a booking form, a loyalty programme — and just want to tell everyone about a sale or a new product once, without paying for a full chatbot build. This is that: one broadcast, one template, one send. We will not send to a list that has not opted in — Meta suspends WhatsApp Business accounts for unsolicited messaging, and that risk is not worth a single campaign. Do I need the WhatsApp Business API already set up?
Yes, an active Cloud API number is required. If you do not have one, add our WhatsApp Business API Setup & Meta Verification (₹5,499) — we can do both together.
Can you get me a list of new customers to message?
No. This service broadcasts to contacts you already have who have opted in to hear from you — we do not sell, scrape or build contact lists.
What if Meta rejects my message template?
One free resubmission is included with the correction Meta asked for. Repeated rejections for policy reasons (like promotional content in a utility template) may need a rewritten offer.
Is this the same as the WhatsApp Chatbot service?
No — the chatbot replies to customers automatically on an ongoing basis. This is a single one-off broadcast to your list, a much smaller job.
How much will Meta charge per message on top of your fee?
On Meta's India rate card effective 1 July 2026, a marketing template costs ₹0.8631 per message delivered, billed to your own WhatsApp Business account — the same rate our WhatsApp Chatbot page discloses.
