About this service
An online booking form saves a salon, clinic, tutor, trainer or repair shop from taking bookings by phone and WhatsApp one at a time. The plugin is quick to install, but it is easy to get wrong: a staff member shown as free during lunch, a service with the wrong duration, a confirmation email that never arrives, or a payment button that the free version does not actually include. We set it up around how you really work and test a booking before handover. It helps to know the plan limits before you choose. Per the Bookly plugin page, the free version is limited to five services, and online payments, Google Calendar, WooCommerce and unlimited staff and services need Bookly Pro. Questions before you buy
Bookly or Amelia, which should I pick?
Both do the same basic job. Tell us how many services and staff you have and whether you need payments, and we recommend one before you pay. The choice is yours.
Is the plugin licence included?
No. If you want online payments, Google Calendar sync or more than five services in Bookly, you buy the paid version in your own name. We never install nulled or cracked copies, because they put your site and your customers’ data at risk.
Can customers pay when they book?
Only if the plugin plan you buy supports a payment option. Per the Bookly plugin page, online payments are a Bookly Pro feature. We connect one option and test it.
Can it send WhatsApp reminders?
Not in this fixed fee. The setup uses the plugin’s email reminders. SMS needs credits you buy from the plugin maker.
I run several branches. Can you do that?
This fixed fee is for one business location. Multiple locations and more than 3 staff are quoted separately.
Can you fix a booking plugin I already have?
For a broken existing setup, send us the problem on WhatsApp first. A fresh setup is what this fixed fee covers.
