About this service
Most website visitors leave without asking their question because nobody is there to answer at 11 pm. This chatbot reads your own pages, price lists and FAQs and answers from them, day and night, in English, Hindi or Hinglish. It uses retrieval: before replying it finds the matching passage in your content and answers from that, and when it does not know, it says so and offers a WhatsApp button to reach a person. Every conversation can capture a name and phone number so leads land in your inbox. You own the API key, so running costs are transparent and billed directly by the AI provider.
Questions before you buy
What does it cost to run every month?
Only the AI provider usage on your own key, billed directly to you — not us. As of September 2026, OpenAI's cheapest model, GPT-6 Luna, costs $0.10 per million input tokens and $0.50 per million output tokens (about ₹9.6 and ₹48 at ₹96/USD). A typical reply, retrieved context included, runs a few hundred to about 1,500 tokens, so even 1,000 conversations a month costs well under ₹50 on the cheapest model, or a few hundred rupees a month on a stronger model like GPT-6.1 Sol, which costs about 20x more per token for noticeably better answers.
Why does my chatbot sometimes state an outdated price or fact confidently?
Every AI model has a training knowledge cutoff — OpenAI's current models are trained on data only up to 30 April or 18 May 2026. If the bot's retrieval step ever fails to find your document, it falls back to its own trained memory, which is confidently wrong about anything that changed after that cutoff. Will it make up answers?
It is instructed to answer only from your content and to hand over to a person when unsure, which greatly reduces made-up replies, though no AI is perfect.
Can it reply in Hindi?
Yes, it answers in English, Hindi or Hinglish depending on how the visitor writes.
Can I update what it knows later?
Yes, you can add or replace documents; we show you how during handover.
Does it work on WhatsApp too?
This service is for your website. A WhatsApp chatbot is a separate service.
