About this service
Most website visitors leave without asking their question because nobody is there to answer at 11 pm. This chatbot reads your own pages, price lists and FAQs and answers from them, day and night, in English, Hindi or Hinglish. It uses retrieval: before replying it finds the matching passage in your content and answers from that, and when it does not know, it says so and offers a WhatsApp button to reach a person. Every conversation can capture a name and phone number so leads land in your inbox. You own the API key, so running costs are transparent and billed directly by the AI provider.

What does it cost to run every month?
Only the AI provider usage on your own key. For a small business with modest chat volume this is typically a few hundred rupees a month.
Will it make up answers?
It is instructed to answer only from your content and to hand over to a person when unsure, which greatly reduces made-up replies, though no AI is perfect.
Can it reply in Hindi?
Yes, it answers in English, Hindi or Hinglish depending on how the visitor writes.
Can I update what it knows later?
