The short answer
ZoopCoder fixes one broken conversation-flow issue in your existing AI website chatbot or WhatsApp bot — wrong or made-up answers, a lead-capture step that stops saving, a menu or button that gets stuck, a handoff to a human that never fires — for a fixed ₹1,999 per issue, retested and returned in 2-3 working days. This is a flow-logic fix inside the bot's own decision tree or knowledge base, not a fix to the underlying WhatsApp API connection itself — an expired token, a broken webhook or a rejected message template is a different, cheaper fault covered by our WhatsApp Business API Bug Fix (₹999) instead. One common root cause of confidently wrong answers: every AI model has a training knowledge cutoff — OpenAI's current models are trained only up to 30 April or 18 May 2026 — so when the bot's retrieval step silently fails to pull your document, it answers from its own outdated trained memory instead, and states an old price or a changed policy as fact.
What you get
- Your existing chatbot reviewed for the one reported failure
- The failure reproduced with a real conversation, or a written explanation of what is needed to reproduce it
- Root cause traced inside the bot's flow logic or knowledge base — a wrong menu path, a missing FAQ match, a broken lead-capture step, or a handoff rule that never triggers
- The fix made inside your existing bot — not a rebuild from scratch
- Tested by running the actual conversation end-to-end before handover
- A short written note on what broke and what was changed
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions if the same issue is still not fixed

About this service
A chatbot that answered correctly for months and then starts giving wrong answers, skipping the lead-capture step, or getting stuck on a menu is usually a flow-logic problem, not an infrastructure one — a knowledge-base document that went stale, a menu branch that never got an "else" case, or a handoff rule tied to a keyword that changed. We work inside the bot's existing flow or retrieval setup rather than rebuilding it, reproduce the exact conversation that goes wrong, fix the one thing causing it, and retest the full exchange before handing it back. If the WhatsApp connection itself is down — an expired token, a dead webhook, a rejected template — that is a separate, cheaper fault; our WhatsApp Business API Bug Fix (₹999) is the right service for that instead.
Questions before you buy
What counts as one issue?
One conversation path or behaviour that has stopped working correctly, with one underlying cause. If two symptoms share one root cause, that still counts as one issue.
How is this different from the WhatsApp Business API Bug Fix service?
That service fixes the connection itself — tokens, webhooks, rejected templates. This service fixes what the bot says and does once a message actually gets through: wrong answers, stuck menus, broken lead capture.
Do you need access to my chatbot platform?
Yes, enough access to see the flow, knowledge base or configuration in question. A limited or temporary login is fine.
Can you fix a chatbot you did not build?
Yes, once we can see how it is set up. We confirm that on the first working day.
My bot gives a wrong or made-up answer sometimes — is that fixable?
Often yes — usually the knowledge base is missing that answer or a retrieval setting is too loose. We cannot guarantee zero mistakes from any AI, but we fix the specific case you report.
What if the bot needs a whole new flow, not a fix?
We tell you plainly if that is what is needed — building a new flow or knowledge base from scratch is quoted separately.
My bot stated an old price or a policy that changed — why?
Almost always the retrieval step silently failed to pull your updated document, so the model answered from its own training memory instead, which has a fixed cutoff (30 April or 18 May 2026 for OpenAI's current models) and is confidently wrong about anything newer. We trace why retrieval failed and fix it so the bot reads your current document again, not its memorised one.
