About this service
Most blacklist-removal attempts fail for the same reason: someone files the delisting form without fixing whatever got the domain listed in the first place, so the operator rejects the request or the domain relists within days. We start by finding out which blacklists actually list you — a domain can be clean on Spamhaus and still listed on a smaller regional list nobody checked — then work out why: a WordPress site quietly sending spam through a compromised plugin, an SMTP server left open as a relay, or simply a shared hosting IP that picked up a bad neighbour's reputation. Only once that is fixed do we file, because that is what actually gets a delisting approved instead of rejected. SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup and malware removal are separate services for the two most common underlying causes, and we tell you upfront if either is what is actually needed here.
Questions before you buy
Can you guarantee my domain gets delisted?
No — each blacklist operator makes that decision independently, on its own timeline. We fix the underlying cause and file a well-evidenced request, which is what actually gets requests approved.
How do I know if I am even blacklisted?
If your emails are bouncing or landing in spam with a blacklist reference in the bounce message, or a tool like MXToolbox shows a listing, that is what we investigate and act on.
What if a compromised website is the cause?
We confirm that is the cause as part of the diagnosis, but the actual malware cleanup is our separate WordPress Malware Removal or non-WordPress Malware Removal service — we will tell you which one applies before you pay for anything extra.
Do I need SPF/DKIM/DMARC set up first?
Not to order this — we check it as part of the diagnosis. If it is missing, we flag it, since a domain without it is easier to spoof and more likely to get blacklisted again later.
How long does delisting actually take once filed?
It varies by blacklist — some process automated requests within hours, others take up to a couple of weeks. That timeline is the blacklist operator's own SLA, not something we control.
