About this service

Yes. Bug Fix (₹1,299) repairs one flow that already exists and has stopped working. This service builds a new flow from scratch.
Do I need a ManyChat paid plan?
No — ManyChat's free tier covers up to 1,000 contacts, which is enough for most small businesses starting out. We build on the free tier unless you tell us otherwise.
Do you need my Instagram password?
No — ManyChat connects through Meta's own account linking and you can add us as a team member from ManyChat Settings, so you never need to share your login.
Why did my own ManyChat flow never send anything?
The most common cause is that Meta's App Review / permission step for the connected Page was never approved, so ManyChat has no permission to send. We check and fix this as part of the setup.
Can it also send WhatsApp messages?
Not through this service — WhatsApp runs on a separate official platform with its own connection and template rules. See our WhatsApp Chatbot service for that.
What if Meta restricts my Page's messaging after this is built?
That is Meta's own review process and decision, outside anyone's control — we tell you plainly if that is what is blocking a flow.
