The short answer
ZoopCoder fixes one reproducible fault in your existing Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Cashfree or PayU integration on a custom-coded website or app for a fixed ₹1,299 per issue, retested and returned in 1-3 working days. The most common fault is “customer paid, order still pending”, and it usually traces to the webhook: both Stripe and Razorpay compute the signature over the raw request body, so a framework that parses or reformats the JSON before your code checks it makes every signature look wrong, and your server then rejects genuine payment events. We find which of these it is, fix it and prove it with a test payment.
What you get
- The failing payment flow reproduced in the gateway’s test mode, with the exact error read from your server logs and the gateway dashboard’s webhook delivery log
- Root cause identified, such as a webhook signature check run on a modified request body, a blocked CSRF-protected route, a wrong webhook secret, or a redirect returning a non-2xx status
- The fix applied in your code, covering one fault such as an order not marked paid, a duplicate order after a webhook retry, a wrong amount or currency unit, or a callback URL that never fires
- Test and live key mix-ups checked, so test keys are not used on the live site or the other way round
- Duplicate-event handling checked, because gateways can send the same event more than once
- A passing end-to-end test payment in test mode, with the logs showing the order moving to paid
- A short written note of what was wrong and what changed
- Help on WhatsApp or email until it works

About this service
A payment bug is the most expensive kind of bug, because it either loses a sale or takes the money without delivering the order. The gateway usually shows the payment as successful while your own system shows nothing, which means the fault sits in the hand-off between the two. That hand-off is the webhook. Stripe says its webhook endpoint must receive the raw body of the request to verify the signature, and that any manipulation of the body makes verification fail; Razorpay gives the same warning not to parse or cast the webhook body. Both gateways can also deliver the same event more than once and not in order, and Stripe keeps retrying a failed delivery for up to three days in live mode, so a handler that is not safe to run twice can create duplicate orders just when a fix goes live. Other common causes are a CSRF check blocking the webhook route, a test webhook secret left on the live site, amounts sent in rupees where the gateway expects paise, and a redirect that returns a non-2xx status to the gateway. We reproduce the fault in test mode, read the delivery log, fix the cause and prove it with a test payment. Adding a gateway from scratch is our Payment Gateway Integration.
Questions before you buy
The customer paid but my order still shows pending. Is that this service?
Yes, it is the most common case. It is usually a webhook that never arrives, fails its signature check, or is rejected by a security rule on your server. We read the delivery log to find which one.
Do you need my live secret keys?
No. We work in the gateway’s test mode with test keys. You enter your live keys yourself, and we recommend rolling them if they were ever shared in an email or chat.
Will you fix my WooCommerce checkout?
Not in this service, which is for custom-coded sites and apps. WooCommerce payment plugin problems are covered by our Website Bug Fix.
My Razorpay account is not activated or payouts are delayed. Can you fix that?
No. Account activation, KYC and settlements are decided by the gateway, and we cannot speed them up or guarantee an outcome. We only fix faults in your own code and configuration.
What if my integration was never built correctly?
We tell you before the work starts. If the issue needs a rebuild of the payment flow rather than a fix, we quote that separately or point you to our Payment Gateway Integration.
Can you fix refunds not working?
If the refund call from your code fails because of a code or key fault, yes, that counts as one issue. A refund the gateway refuses or delays is the gateway’s decision, not a bug we can fix.
