The short answer
ZoopCoder fixes one reproducible bug in an existing Node.js (Express), Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) or PHP Laravel backend API for a fixed ₹1,499 per issue, with a pull request and a written root-cause note back in 2-3 working days. A common reason an API “randomly dies” is an unhandled promise rejection: since Node.js 15 the default behaviour is to throw and terminate the process, so one missed await or .catch in a route handler can take the whole server down instead of returning an error to one user. Reproducing the failing request locally, finding the real cause and changing only that code is the work.
What you get
- The failing request reproduced locally from your repository, with the same inputs that break it in production
- Root cause found from the code and your logs: unhandled errors, bad queries, wrong status codes, auth or middleware faults, serialisation or validation bugs
- A fix limited to the one bug, delivered as a pull request or code diff against your branch
- Where practical, a test or a documented curl/Postman request that proves the bug is gone
- Checks on the neighbouring routes that share the faulty code, so the fix does not move the break elsewhere
- A written note on what was wrong and how to avoid it, in plain language
- Help on WhatsApp or email while you review and deploy the pull request

What we need from you
- Repository access (GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket invite) or the project as a ZIP — real source code, not a deployed bundle
- The failing endpoint, the request you send, what comes back and what you expected
- Error logs or stack traces from the server, if you have them
- How to run the project locally: environment variable names (not secret values), database type and a seed or sample data if needed
Not included
- New endpoints, features, schema redesigns and framework or major version upgrades — quoted separately
- Deploying the fix to your server, container or CI/CD pipeline — quoted separately if you want us to do it
- Server administration problems such as a down VPS, Nginx or SSL — see our VPS Server Issue Fix or SSL Certificate Fix
- Bugs that are really in the frontend or mobile app calling the API — see our React / Next.js Bug Fix or Android App Bug Fix
- Firebase and Supabase backends — see our Firebase Auth & Firestore Bug Fix and Supabase Auth & RLS Fix
- Hosting, database and third-party API fees — paid to those providers directly
- Multiple unrelated issues (each is ₹1,499) — send the list and we quote the batch
About this service
Backend bugs are awkward to buy help for. The code is yours, the failure often shows up only under production data, and a freelancer who guesses from a screenshot usually adds a second bug. We ask you to describe the bug before you pay, because a share of what people call an API bug turns out to be an expired third-party key, a full disk, a database that ran out of connections or a frontend sending the wrong payload, and none of those are fixed by editing the API code. If that is what yours is, we say so and point you to the right service instead of taking the order. When it is a code bug, we run the project locally, reproduce the exact request, find the cause and change only what is needed. Two limits keep the price fixed: we need real source code, and the fee covers the one issue you reported. If fixing it shows that a whole module has to be rewritten, we quote that separately rather than quietly doing it and calling it a bug fix. It sits next to our React / Next.js Bug Fix for the frontend side and our API Integration service when you need a new connection built rather than a bug fixed.
Questions before you buy
What counts as one bug?
One reproducible fault with one root cause: an endpoint that returns 500 for a specific input, a login route that rejects valid tokens, a query that returns duplicate rows, a webhook handler that times out. If two symptoms share one cause, it is still one bug.
My API crashes at random and the process restarts. Is that one bug?
Usually yes, if it traces to one cause. Random crashes in Node.js are very often an unhandled promise rejection, which since Node.js 15 terminates the process by default. Finding which handler throws it is the diagnosis, and fixing that handler is the repair.
Do you need access to my production server?
No. We work from your repository and logs and reproduce the bug locally. If the bug only appears with production data, we ask for a sanitised sample rather than live credentials.
Which frameworks do you cover?
Node.js with Express, Python with Django, Flask or FastAPI, and PHP with Laravel. For other stacks such as Go, Java or .NET, send a message first and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it.
Can you also deploy the fix?
Not in this fee. You get a pull request you can merge and deploy yourself. If you want us to deploy it to your server or pipeline, we quote that separately.
What if the bug is not in my code?
We tell you before you pay. A provider outage, an expired key or a server fault is not fixed by changing code, and we do not take an order we cannot fix.
