The short answer
ZoopCoder rebuilds a lost website from its Internet Archive (Wayback Machine) captures for a fixed ₹1,999, covering up to 10 pages and delivered in 3-5 working days. We pick the best capture of each page, recover its text, images and layout, remove the archive toolbar and rewritten links, fix the internal links and deliver the result as a clean static HTML site or as a WordPress site with editable pages, your choice. The archive only saves what a visitor could see, so databases, logins, forms, search and shop checkouts cannot be recovered and are listed honestly before you pay.
What you get
- A check of what the Internet Archive holds for your domain, with an honest list of what can and cannot be restored before work starts
- The best capture chosen for each of up to 10 pages, with text, images and styling recovered from it
- Missing images and styles filled in from other captures of the same page where the archive has them
- Archive toolbar code and rewritten archive links removed, and internal links, menu and page titles repaired
- Delivery as a clean static HTML and CSS site, or as the same pages inside a WordPress site as normal editable pages
- Upload to your hosting if you give us access, or a ZIP with a short guide on putting it live
- 14 days of fixes for broken links or layout problems in the restored pages

What we need from you
- The domain of the lost website and the approximate years it was live
- Confirmation that the site and its content belonged to you or your business
- Hosting access if you want us to upload it, and a list of the 10 pages you most need
Not included
- Databases, user accounts, orders, comments and anything entered by visitors, which the archive never stores
- Working contact forms, search, login areas, booking or shop checkouts — these are rebuilt as new features and quoted separately
- Pages or images the Internet Archive never captured, which we cannot invent
- More than 10 pages, a redesign or new content — see Website Redesign or Business Website

About this service
When a hosting account is closed, a developer disappears or an old backup turns out to be empty, the Internet Archive is often the only copy left of a business website. It saves public pages as visitors saw them, which is enough to rebuild the content, but it does not save the server behind the site. That is why a restore can bring back your text, pictures and look, and cannot bring back a database, customer logins, form entries or an online shop. The captures themselves are also uneven: one page may be saved many times, another once, and a saved page often has some images or style files missing because the archive did not fetch them on the same day. We read through the captures, choose the best one for each page, fill the gaps from other dates where we can, strip out the archive code and links, and rebuild the pages so they work on normal hosting. We tell you before you pay what the archive actually holds for your domain. If your hosting still has the files or a backup, restoring those is quicker and more complete, and we will say so; see Website Migration for moving a working site, and Website Redesign if you want a fresh design on the recovered content.
Questions before you buy
Can you recover my whole website exactly as it was?
Not always. We can bring back what the archive captured: text, images and layout. Databases, forms, logins and shop checkouts are not stored by the archive, so they cannot be restored.
How do I know what the archive has for my site?
Paste your domain into the Wayback Machine and you can see the saved dates. After you order, we check each page and send you an honest list before we start building.
Can I get a WordPress site back?
Yes. We can put the recovered pages into a WordPress site as normal editable pages. The old theme and plugins are not restored; the pages are rebuilt to look like the originals.
Is it legal to restore an old website?
It is for a site and content that belonged to you or your business. We ask you to confirm that, and we do not restore someone else website or copy content you have no right to use.
What if my old domain was taken by someone else?
Then we can still rebuild the site for a new domain, but we cannot get the old domain back. Recovering an expired domain depends on the registrar and the new owner.
Will the restored site rank like before?
We cannot promise that. Search rankings depend on many things, and a gap of months offline usually costs some of them. We keep the old page addresses where we can, which helps.
