The short answer
ZoopCoder fixes one broken WhatsApp Business API integration on your own already-verified number for a fixed ₹999 per issue, tested on a real message and returned in 2-3 working days. Meta's Cloud API commonly breaks for one of three reasons: an access token expired or was regenerated, a webhook URL stopped responding after a server or SSL change, or a message template got rejected or paused for a policy reason — we check all three before touching anything and tell you which one it was.
What you get
- Your existing WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API or BSP) account reviewed for the failure
- The failure reproduced by sending a real test message, or a written explanation of what is needed to reproduce it
- Root cause traced: expired or regenerated token, a broken webhook, a rejected template, or a Meta-side policy change
- The fix made inside your existing setup — not a rebuild of the integration
- Tested by actually sending and receiving a message end-to-end
- A short written note on what broke and what was changed
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions if the same issue is still not fixed

About this service
A WhatsApp Business API integration that has been sending messages fine for months and then quietly stops is a different problem from a banned number, and it is usually not a big job — an access token rotated, a webhook endpoint moved or lost its SSL certificate, or a template got auto-paused after a spike in blocks or reports. We work inside your existing, already-verified number rather than rebuilding the integration, find the one thing that changed, fix it, and test it by actually sending a message before handing it back. If your number itself shows as restricted or disabled in Meta Business Manager, that is a policy matter, not a technical bug — our WhatsApp Business Account Ban Recovery service is the right one for that instead.
Questions before you buy
What counts as one issue?
One integration that has stopped doing what it used to, with one underlying cause — a broken connection, an expired token, a rejected template, or a platform-side change. If two symptoms share one root cause, that still counts as one issue.
Is this the same as your Ban Recovery service?
No. Ban Recovery is for a number Meta has restricted or disabled for a policy reason. This service is for a technical fault on a number that is still active and in good standing.
Do you need access to my Meta Business Manager account?
Yes, enough access to see the number's API configuration, tokens and templates. A limited or temporary login is fine.
Can you fix an integration you did not build?
Yes, once we can see how it is configured in your account. We confirm that on the first working day.
My message template got rejected, is that a bug?
Often yes in effect — we check the policy reason Meta gave and fix what is genuinely fixable, like wording that trips a classifier. We cannot guarantee Meta approves the resubmission, since that decision is theirs alone.
What if the fault is actually in my CRM or website, not WhatsApp?
We tell you plainly if that is what diagnosis shows — fixing code on a system this service does not cover is quoted separately once we know what is needed.
