The price covers the install on your server or hosting account, the automation cron that sends invoices and suspends overdue services, your company details and INR currency, a link to your cPanel/WHM server, up to 3 hosting products, one payment gateway, the email templates and a test order taken from signup through to a created account. The WHMCS licence is bought by you from WHMCS and is not included, and current WHMCS releases need a recent PHP version with the ionCube Loader, which we check on your server before starting.

What we need from you
- A WHMCS licence, which you buy from WHMCS in your own name (we do not resell or provide licence keys)
- A server or hosting account with root or WHM access where WHMCS can run, and a domain or subdomain for the billing portal
- Your hosting plan names, prices and billing cycles, and your gateway or registrar account details

- The WHMCS licence, cPanel/WHM licence, server, domain and gateway or registrar fees, all billed by those companies to you

- A third-party payment module you have to buy, if the gateway you want is not built in — the module cost is extra and we tell you before you pay

About this service
WHMCS is the billing and client-management software most web hosting resellers run: it takes the order, sends the invoice, collects the payment and creates the account on your cPanel/WHM server automatically. The install is only the start. The cron that drives invoices and suspensions has to run, the server link has to authenticate against WHM, each product has to map to a real package name, and a gateway has to be in the right mode, or customers pay and nothing happens. WHMCS releases from 9.0 also need PHP 8.2 or newer with a matching ionCube Loader, which is the most common reason an install on an older server fails. Questions before you buy
Is the WHMCS licence included?
No. You buy the licence from WHMCS in your own name, and check their site for the current plan price. We do not sell or supply licence keys.
Does it work with Indian payment gateways?
WHMCS ships with some gateways, and others come as third-party modules, which cost extra and are bought from their makers. Tell us the gateway you want and we say before you pay whether it is built in or needs a module.
Can you install it on shared hosting?
It depends on whether the host offers the PHP version and ionCube Loader your WHMCS release needs and a cron job. We check before starting. For a full hosting business you will normally want your own VPS or dedicated server.
Will you design the client area?
No. The fixed fee uses the default WHMCS theme with your logo and company details. Custom design is separate work.
Can you move my clients over from another system?
Not in this fixed fee. Importing clients and invoice history depends on the old system, so it is quoted separately.
Who owns the installation?
You do. The server, domain and licence are in your name and we only use the access you give us. You can remove our access when the 14 days of fixes are over.
