What counts as one issue?
One reproducible fault with one cause — a Velo function that will not fire, a form that stops submitting, an app that will not sync, a layout that breaks on one device. If two symptoms share a single root cause, that is still one issue.
Do you need my Wix login?
No — Wix lets you add a contributor by email with edit access to the site, so you never need to share your own login.
Can you fix a site built by someone else?
Yes, once we have contributor access to the site. We confirm that on the first working day.
Is this different from your Website Bug Fix service?
Yes. Website Bug Fix (₹999) is priced for WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and plain PHP/HTML sites. This is for Wix and Wix Studio specifically, which have their own editor, Velo code layer and App Market.
What if the bug is in a Wix App Market app, like a booking or reviews widget?
We tell you plainly if that is what we find — fixing another company's app code is not something we can do, since we do not own it. We will point you to the app's own support if that is the actual fault.
I need new sections built, not a fix — is that this service?
No, that is a larger design job quoted separately. This is for a site that mostly works and has one thing broken.
