The short answer

ZoopCoder sets up WooCommerce Subscriptions on your existing store for a fixed ₹4,999, covering up to 5 recurring products and one payment gateway, tested end to end in 3-5 working days. The WooCommerce Subscriptions extension is sold by WooCommerce.com on a yearly licence and charges cards automatically only through gateways that support it, while manual renewals, where the customer is emailed an invoice and pays each cycle, work with any WooCommerce gateway, so the first job is checking which of the two your gateway allows.

What you get

  • The WooCommerce Subscriptions extension installed and configured on your existing WooCommerce store (licence bought by you)
  • Up to 5 subscription products, simple or variable, each with its billing interval (weekly, monthly, yearly), optional free trial and optional sign-up fee
  • One payment gateway checked against the extension’s supported list and set up for the renewal method it allows: automatic charging where the gateway supports it, otherwise manual renewals
  • Renewal, failed-payment and cancellation emails reviewed and edited to your wording
  • The My Account subscriptions area checked, so a customer can see their subscription and cancel it
  • A test sign-up and a test renewal run in test mode or on a staging copy, with the orders reviewed
  • A short written note on how renewals, failed payments and cancellations behave on your store

What we need from you

  • Admin access to your WooCommerce store and the payment gateway in test mode
  • The WooCommerce Subscriptions licence, bought from WooCommerce.com in your name, or the plugin file you already own
  • The products to turn into subscriptions, with the billing interval and price for each

Not included

  • The WooCommerce Subscriptions licence fee and your gateway’s transaction fees — paid by you directly
  • Gateways that do not support automatic renewals — we tell you before you pay, and set up manual renewals or you pick a supported gateway
  • Locking content or courses behind a membership, which is a separate membership plugin job, quoted separately
  • Moving existing subscribers from another system or gateway — quoted separately
  • A store that is not on WooCommerce, or more than 5 subscription products

About this service

A subscription is not just a product with a repeat price. The store has to charge the customer again on schedule, handle a card that fails, tell the customer in advance, and let them cancel without writing to you. WooCommerce handles this with its Subscriptions extension, a paid add-on sold on a yearly licence. The decision that shapes everything else is the payment gateway. Automatic renewals only work through gateways that support them — the extension lists over 25 — whereas manual renewals work with any WooCommerce gateway: the customer gets an invoice by email each cycle and pays it themselves. Many Indian stores learn this only after building the products, so we check the gateway first and tell you what you will get before you pay. Then we create up to five products with the right interval, trial and sign-up fee, tidy the emails your customers will read every month, and prove the whole thing with a real test renewal rather than hoping it works on the first live cycle. For one-off payment problems on an existing store, see our Payment Gateway Bug Fix.

Questions before you buy

Do I need to buy WooCommerce Subscriptions separately?

Yes. It is a paid extension sold by WooCommerce.com on a yearly licence, and it is not part of our fee. You buy it in your own name so updates and support stay with you.

Will my customers be charged automatically?

Only if your payment gateway supports automatic renewals with WooCommerce Subscriptions. If it does not, the store can still run on manual renewals, where the customer is emailed an invoice each cycle. We check this first and tell you before you pay.

Can you set up a membership with locked content?

No, that is a separate job. This service covers recurring billing for products. Restricting content to paying members is quoted separately.

Can I offer a free trial?

Yes. A free trial period and a sign-up fee can be set on each subscription product, within the five products covered.

What happens if a renewal payment fails?

The store emails the customer and the subscription moves to on-hold until payment succeeds or it is cancelled. We review that behaviour and the email wording with you.

I already sell on Shopify. Is this the service?

No. This is for WooCommerce stores only.
