Questions before you buy
Is GiveWP free?
The core plugin is free and includes PayPal and Stripe. Recurring donations, PDF receipts, fee recovery and other gateways need paid add-ons. You buy any licence in your own name, and we say before you pay what your plan needs.
Can donors give monthly?
Recurring donations are a paid GiveWP add-on. If you buy the licence we set it up and test one recurring donation.
Can I take donations through Razorpay?
Razorpay is a paid add-on, not part of the free plugin. Tell us before you pay and we confirm which add-on and licence you need. You also need your own Razorpay account.
Will you get my PayPal or Stripe account approved?
No. Approval is decided by PayPal or Stripe. We connect the account once you have it. Whether it is open to your kind of organisation is for you to check with them.
Can you issue 80G receipts?
We edit the receipt email text and add any registration number you give us. We do not give tax or legal advice, so the wording and validity of tax receipts stay with you or your accountant.
