- Hosting with a domain, and WordPress admin access, or tell us and we install WordPress on hosting you own
- A Houzez licence bought in your own name from ThemeForest
- Your logo, brand colours, office details, and the listing text, prices and photos for up to 10 properties
- An API key for Google Maps if you want Google Maps, which Google bills you for, or we use OpenStreetMap

- The Houzez licence, hosting, domain and any Google Maps charges, billed to you by those companies
- Property data feeds such as IDX or MLS: Houzez states its default searches do not work with IDX data and IDX providers charge a monthly subscription
- Entering more than 10 listings, writing property descriptions, property photography and virtual tours
- RERA registration text, legal or compliance advice, and custom design beyond the demo layout
- A mobile app, a payment or membership system for agents, and ongoing support after the 14 days
About this service
A broker, builder or property owner who wants to list properties on their own website needs search that works, listing pages that load and an enquiry form that reaches them. Houzez is a real estate WordPress theme by favethemes. Its ThemeForest page lists a property search builder with radius search, saved searches and map views, listing templates with floor plans and a mortgage calculator, agent and agency profile pages, a front-end dashboard and compatibility with Elementor. It also states that IDX or MLS data needs a third-party plugin that is not part of the default search. We keep this fixed fee to one demo, one agent profile and up to 10 listings so it stays honest, and we enter more listings only as a separate quote. Questions before you buy
Do I need to buy the Houzez theme?
Yes. It is a paid theme and you buy the licence in your own name. Its ThemeForest page lists the regular licence at USD 89 with 6 months of author support. We never use copied or unlicensed themes.
Can you connect my MLS or IDX feed?
No, not in this fixed fee. IDX data is a separate paid feed and plugin. If you have one, tell us before you pay and we quote it separately.
Can agents add their own listings?
Houzez has a front-end dashboard for submitting listings. This fee configures one agent profile. Letting many agents submit or pay for listings is a bigger job, so tell us before you pay and we scope it.
Can you enter all my properties?
Up to 10 are included, from the text, prices and photos you send. More listings are quoted separately.
Will the site rank on Google for my city?
