The price covers up to 5 linked tables designed around how you actually track your work — leads, projects, inventory or content — plus up to 3 Airtable Automations using the platform's own trigger-and-action builder (for example a Slack/email alert on a new record, a status-change notification, or a scheduled digest). Everything is built inside your own Airtable account and plan, using Airtable's native Automations feature, not a separate tool like Zapier, Make or n8n.

About this service
Airtable works as a relational database with a spreadsheet-simple interface, and its built-in Automations feature can handle a surprising amount of work — alerts, status tracking, scheduled reports — without needing a separate tool like Zapier or Make. This service builds the first working version inside your own account: tables designed around how you actually track leads, projects or inventory, with linked records and the right field types instead of a flat spreadsheet copy, plus up to 3 automations wired to real triggers. If you already use n8n, Zapier or Make for cross-app automation and just need Airtable connected as one of the apps, that is our broader Workflow Automation service instead. Questions before you buy
Do I need my own Airtable account first?
Yes — this builds inside your own account, never a shared one, so you need an Airtable account before we start (the free plan is enough for most 3-automation setups).
Is this the same as connecting Airtable through Zapier or n8n?
No. This uses Airtable's own native Automations feature only. Connecting Airtable to other apps through Zapier, Make or n8n is our separate Workflow Automation service.
Is this the same as your Airtable Automation Bug Fix?
No. That ₹999 service fixes one broken thing in a base or automation you already have. This is for building a new base and automations from scratch.
Can you also build a Softr or client-facing app on top of the base?
That is a separate, larger job quoted once we see the base and what the app needs to show.
What if I need more than 3 automations or 5 tables?
Additional ones beyond the first batch are quoted per item once we know what each should do.
Do you need my Airtable login?
No — Airtable lets you invite a collaborator by email scoped to the base, so you never need to share your own login.
