About this service
Setting up a new email provider is quick; getting years of old mail into it is the part that actually takes work, because there is no "transfer" button — mail has to be pulled from the old mailbox over IMAP and pushed into the new one, folder by folder, before anyone can safely point MX records at the new provider. Skip that step and switching providers means losing every old email the moment DNS changes. We test one mailbox first so folder structure and formatting are confirmed correct, migrate the rest, and only switch DNS once you have checked mail is arriving — so the old mailbox stays as a safety net until you are ready to let it go.
Questions before you buy
Do I need to already have Google Workspace or Zoho Mail set up?
Yes — this service migrates mail into an existing subscription with mailboxes created. If you do not have one yet, our Domain & Business Email Setup service (₹999) sets that up first.
What if my current host does not allow IMAP access?
Some cheap hosting-bundled email accounts restrict IMAP. We check this in the first step before charging further work, and flag it immediately if migration is not possible.
Will I lose any old emails?
We copy every folder we can see over IMAP and verify a sample before the full run, but very old or corrupted mailboxes on some hosts can have gaps outside our control. We flag any mailbox likely to have an issue before migrating it.
Can you also move Calendar, Drive files or Contacts?
This service is mail only. Calendar/Drive/Contacts migration uses different tools and is quoted separately once we know what you need moved.
What if I have more than 10 mailboxes?
Quoted per additional 10 mailboxes at the same fixed-scope pricing.
