The short answer
ZoopCoder migrates your historical invoices, bills and ledger transactions into an already-configured Zoho Books account or an already-installed Tally Prime company for a fixed ₹5,999, covering up to 500 transactions or 12 months of data, delivered in 3-5 working days. Zoho Books and Tally Prime both start empty on day one — old sales, purchases and payments do not carry over automatically, so switching software usually means either re-typing months of history by hand or quietly starting every report from a blank slate. We take your export from the previous software, or a clean Excel/CSV file, and bring it in as real historical transactions — through Zoho Books' own bulk import tool, or a guided remote screen-share session for Tally Prime — so your opening balances and past reports are complete from day one.

About this service
A fresh Zoho Books account or a newly configured Tally Prime company both start with a blank ledger — which is exactly right for a brand-new business, but a genuine problem for one switching software, because every report, GST return and year-on-year comparison built on top of an empty history is wrong from day one. This service assumes the destination software is already set up — our own Zoho Books Setup and Tally Prime Setup & Configuration services do that first — and focuses only on getting your past transactions into it accurately: mapped to the right ledgers, reconciled against your old closing balance, and documented so you know exactly what came across.

Do you also set up Zoho Books or Tally Prime?
Not in this service — it assumes the software is already configured. If it is not yet, our separate Zoho Books Setup (₹1,999) or Tally Prime Setup & Configuration (₹999) does that first, and this service can follow straight after.
What if I have more than 500 transactions?
We quote the additional batch once we see the volume in your export — the fixed price covers up to 500 transactions or 12 months, whichever is reached first.
Will this affect my GST filings?
We map transactions to the correct ledgers and tax heads so your reports going forward are accurate, but filing GST returns is your CA or accountant's job, not ours.
Can you migrate straight from Tally to Zoho Books?
Yes, if you can export your Tally data to XML or Excel — we treat that export the same as any other source file.
Do I need to be present for the Tally import?
Yes — Tally Prime has no cloud API, so the import runs live on your screen over a remote session, the same way our Tally setup service works.
