About this service
Tally Prime does not talk to the internet the way cloud accounting software does — there is no API to configure it from outside, so every setting has to be entered on the machine it runs on. That is also why we do not offer an unattended integration with Tally at this price: any automated sync between Tally and another system is a materially bigger, custom job. What this service does is the part every new Tally Prime install actually needs on day one — a company created with the right GST ledgers and HSN codes, an invoice format that prints correctly, and a chart of ledgers matched to your business — all done together with you over a remote screen-share session so you know exactly what was changed.
Questions before you buy
Do you provide the Tally Prime licence?
No — you need a licensed, installed copy of Tally Prime already. We only configure it.
Can you connect Tally to my website or another system automatically?
Not at this price — Tally has no cloud API, so automated sync is a separate, custom-scoped integration project, not a one-time setup.
Can you bring in my old ledgers from another software?
Historical data migration is quoted separately once we see the volume and source format.
Do I need to be present for the session?
Yes — the setup is done live on your screen so you see every setting and can ask questions as we go.
What if I have more than one company or GSTIN?
Quoted per additional company — this covers one Tally Prime company.
