The short answer
ZoopCoder fixes one reproducible bug in an existing Magento 2, OpenCart or PrestaShop store for a fixed ₹1,499 per issue, tested on a staging copy before it touches your live shop, with a written note back in 2-3 working days. These platforms behave differently from WordPress and Shopify: in Magento 2 production mode, static files and compiled code are not generated on the fly, so a code or extension change often needs setup:di:compile and a static content deploy before it shows up, and a store that “ignores” a fix is frequently just missing that step. Telling a real bug from a missed build step, then fixing only the real one, is the work.
What you get
- The bug reproduced on a staging copy of your store, never first on the live shop
- Diagnosis of the cause: a conflicting extension or module, a template or override error, a bad configuration value, a broken cache or index, or a PHP-version incompatibility
- The fix applied on staging, tested on desktop and mobile through the affected flow (for example cart, checkout or category page)
- The same fix applied to the live store after a fresh backup, once you have approved the staging result
- Cache, index and compiled-code steps that the fix needs, run correctly so the change actually shows up
- A written note on what was wrong and what was changed, including the file names
- Help on WhatsApp or email while you check the result

About this service
Most small fix services are built around WordPress and Shopify, so a Magento, OpenCart or PrestaShop owner often hears that their platform is “not supported” or gets a quote for a rebuild. This service exists for the plain case: you have a store that mostly works and one thing that does not, such as a checkout that throws an error, a category page that goes blank after an extension update, a payment module that stopped appearing, or an admin screen that returns a 500. We ask you to describe the bug before you pay, because some stores are broken by an expired licence, an exhausted hosting plan or a PHP upgrade by the host, and we would rather tell you that than take an order we cannot fix. Everything is tried on a staging copy first, and your live store is backed up before anything is changed. The fee covers the one issue you reported. If the fix shows the store is on an unsupported version or needs a module rebuilt, we say so and quote that separately instead of quietly expanding the job. For WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify problems, use our Website Bug Fix.
Questions before you buy
What counts as one bug?
One reproducible fault with one root cause: a checkout that fails for a specific payment method, a product page that errors after an extension update, an admin grid that will not load. If two symptoms share one cause, it is still one bug.
I changed code in Magento 2 but nothing changed on the site. Is that a bug?
Often it is not a bug at all. In production mode Magento 2 does not generate static files or compiled code on the fly, so changes usually need a compile and a static content deploy plus a cache flush. We check for that first, and it is part of the fix, not an extra charge.
Will you work on my live store directly?
No. We reproduce and fix on a staging copy first. Only after you approve do we apply the same change to live, and only after taking a fresh backup.
Do you fix Magento 1 stores?
Magento 1 reached end of life in June 2020 and no longer gets security patches, so we do not take new fixes on it. Moving to a supported platform is a migration, which we quote separately.
The bug started after I updated an extension. Is that covered?
Yes, extension conflicts are among the most common causes. We find which extension or override is responsible and fix or roll back that one. A licence you need to buy for a vendor update is paid to the vendor.
What if it turns out the store needs an upgrade?
We tell you before doing the work. Upgrades are quoted separately. Because you describe the bug before paying, we flag an upgrade-only fix up front rather than after you have ordered.
