About this service
A VPS that has been running fine for months and then goes down is almost always one specific thing breaking, not the whole server failing at once — a service crashing after an update, a disk filling up with logs or old backups, a certbot renewal cron job silently failing months before the certificate actually expires, or a firewall/SSH config change locking out the very access needed to fix it. We log in, read the actual service and system logs rather than guessing, fix the one thing that broke, and verify the service is genuinely back before handing it over. Questions before you buy
What counts as one issue?
One crashed service, one config error, one full disk, one expired/failing certificate, or one lockout — with one underlying cause. If two symptoms share one root cause, that still counts as one issue.
Do you need root access to my server?
Yes, SSH access with enough privilege to read logs and restart services. A temporary or scoped account is fine.
Can you fix a server you did not set up?
Yes, once we can see how it is configured. We confirm that on the first working day.
Is this the same as your VPS Server Setup service?
No. Setup is for installing a fresh server stack from scratch. This is for an existing server that mostly works and has one thing broken.
What if the real problem is in my website code, not the server?
We tell you plainly if that is what we find — our Website Bug Fix service (₹999) covers WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP and HTML code issues.
Do you offer ongoing server monitoring?
Not at this price — this is a one-time fix. Ongoing server management is quoted monthly if you want it kept watched.
