The short answer

ZoopCoder fixes one reproducible failure in your existing Microsoft Power Automate cloud flow for a fixed ₹999 per issue, retested and returned in 2-3 working days. A failed run in Power Automate almost always points to one of a few causes, and the error code tells which: a 401 means a connection has expired and must be re-authenticated, a 404 means the SharePoint list, file or mailbox the action points at was renamed or deleted, and the “list view threshold” message means a Get items action is pulling more than 5,000 SharePoint items without a filter. We read the failed run, find which one it is, and fix it inside the flow.

What you get

  • Access to the affected flow as a co-owner, so nothing is rebuilt before the cause is confirmed
  • The failure reproduced from the run history: the failing action, its status code and its inputs and outputs
  • Root cause traced: an expired connection, a renamed or deleted target, a bad expression, a trigger condition that filters out events, or a Get items action hitting a SharePoint limit
  • The fix made inside the existing flow, not a rebuild from scratch
  • Tested against a real run, not only a manual test with dummy data
  • A short written note on what broke and what was changed
  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions if the same issue is still not fixed

What we need from you

  • Co-owner access to the cloud flow that fails, or an export of the flow if your tenant does not allow sharing
  • What the flow is supposed to do, and what you have noticed going wrong
  • Sign-in to the connected services, if a connection has to be re-authenticated by its owner

Not included

  • Power Automate, Microsoft 365 or premium connector licence fees — paid to Microsoft
  • Building a new flow from scratch — quoted separately
  • Power Automate Desktop (RPA) flows, Power Apps, Power BI and Dataverse solutions
  • Blocks set by your organisation's admin, such as a data loss prevention policy — only your tenant admin can change those
  • The app at either end of the flow, if that is what is actually broken
  • More than one broken flow — each is a separate ₹999 fix

About this service

Power Automate comes bundled with many Microsoft 365 business plans, so a lot of small companies end up with flows that someone built once, perhaps an approval request, a SharePoint-to-Excel sync or an email alert, and nobody has touched since. They stop working quietly. The most common cause is a connection that has expired or belonged to someone who has left, shown as a 401 in the failed run. Others are a SharePoint list or folder that was renamed, an expression that fails when a field is empty, a trigger condition that filters out the events you expect, or a flow that worked on 200 items and now hits SharePoint's 5,000-item list view threshold. Power Automate triggers also poll rather than react instantly, typically every one to five minutes, so a flow that seems slow is not always broken. The run history already tells the story; the work is reading it correctly and changing only the step that failed. This is separate from our n8n, Zapier and Make Workflow Bug Fix, which does not cover Microsoft Power Automate.

Questions before you buy

What counts as one issue?

One reproducible fault with one cause: a flow that stopped triggering, an action returning an error, a condition sending items down the wrong branch. If two symptoms share a single root cause, that is still one issue.

Do you need my Microsoft password?

No. Power Automate lets you add another person as a co-owner of a cloud flow, which is enough. If your tenant blocks outside users, we can work from an exported copy of the flow and your run history screenshots.

My flow shows connection errors every few days. Can that be fixed?

Often yes. We find which connection is failing and whose account it runs under. If it runs under a personal account that expires or is shared, we help you move it to a stable one where your licence allows.

Is this the same as your n8n / Zapier / Make Workflow Bug Fix?

No. That service is scoped to n8n, Zapier and Make. This one is for Microsoft Power Automate cloud flows only.

Can you fix a Power Automate Desktop flow?

No. Desktop (RPA) flows run on a machine and are a different kind of problem. This service covers cloud flows.

I need a new flow built, not a fix. Is that this service?

No, that is a larger build job quoted separately. This is for a flow that mostly works and has one thing broken.
