The short answer
ZoopCoder fixes one broken automated workflow in your own n8n, Zapier or Make account for a fixed ₹1,499 per issue, tested on real data and returned in 2-3 working days. The usual cause is one of three things: a connected app changed its API or revoked a token, a field the workflow reads got renamed upstream, or a free-tier task limit was quietly hit — we check all three before touching anything, and tell you which one it was.
What you get
- Access to the failing workflow reviewed inside your own n8n, Zapier or Make account
- The failure reproduced from the last failed run, or a written explanation of what is needed to reproduce it
- Root cause traced: broken connection, renamed field, expired token, or a platform-side change
- The fix made inside the existing workflow — not a rebuild from scratch
- Tested against your real data, not a dummy row
- Error handling checked or added, so the next failure alerts you instead of silently dropping data
- A short written note on what broke and what was changed
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions if the same issue is still not fixed

What we need from you
- Access to the n8n, Zapier or Make account containing the workflow
- What the workflow is supposed to do, and what you have noticed going wrong
- Access to the connected apps the workflow touches, if a fix needs re-authenticating one

- Building new workflows or adding new apps to an existing one — quoted separately
- A workflow with no clear single cause — for example one that has silently drifted out of sync over months
- The app, CRM or website at the end of the workflow, if it is the one that is actually broken
- More than one broken workflow — each is a separate ₹1,499 fix
About this service
An automation that has been running fine for months and then quietly stops is one of the most common small-business support calls we get, and it is usually not a big job — a connected app rotated its API, a spreadsheet column got renamed, or a free-tier limit was hit and nobody noticed until the leads stopped arriving. We work inside your existing n8n, Zapier or Make account rather than rebuilding the workflow, find the one thing that changed, fix it, and test it against your real data before handing it back. If what looks like one broken workflow turns out to be several unrelated failures, or a workflow that has drifted so far from its original design that it needs rebuilding, we tell you before doing any extra work rather than quietly expanding the job. If nothing has been built yet, our Workflow Automation service builds it from scratch instead.
Questions before you buy
What counts as one issue?
One workflow that has stopped doing what it used to, with one underlying cause — a broken connection, a renamed field, an expired token, or a platform-side change. If two workflows broke for the same reason, that still counts as one root cause and one fix.
Do you need admin access to my automation account?
Yes, enough access to open and edit the failing workflow. You can create a limited or temporary login if you prefer.
Can you fix a workflow you did not build?
Yes, once we can open it in your account and see how it is wired. We confirm that on the first working day.
What if the workflow needs a full rebuild, not a fix?
We tell you plainly and quote the rebuild separately — this service is for a workflow that mostly works and has one thing broken, not one that has grown unmanageable.
Is this the same as the 14 days of free fixes after a new build?
No — that free window covers a workflow we just built for you. This is a paid fix for an older workflow, past that window, or one we did not build in the first place.
My Zapier or n8n task limit was hit, is that a bug?
Often yes in effect — the workflow silently stops running rather than erroring loudly. We check task and run limits as one of the first things we look at.
