About this service
Zapier and Make both bill by the task or operation, which is fine at a handful of automations a month and expensive once a business runs order confirmations, lead routing and inventory sync through them continuously — the same logic on self-hosted n8n has no per-task meter. Migrating is manual work, not a button: each Zap or Make scenario's triggers, filters and multi-step logic has to be read and rebuilt node-for-node in n8n, since the platforms do not share a common export format. This is distinct from our n8n Self-Hosted Server Setup, which only stands up the n8n server itself and explicitly quotes migrating an existing instance's workflows separately, and from our Workflow Bug Fix, which fixes one broken workflow in place rather than moving it to a different platform.
Questions before you buy
Why move off Zapier or Make at all?
Cost, mainly — once you are running more than a few thousand tasks a month, the per-task Zapier/Make pricing usually costs more per month than a small VPS running n8n outright.
What counts as one automation?
One Zap or one Make scenario, however many steps it has internally. A multi-step Zap is still one automation for this price.
Is this the same as your n8n Self-Hosted Server Setup?
No. That service (₹1,499) sets up the n8n server itself — Docker, PostgreSQL, SSL. This service moves your existing Zapier or Make logic onto an n8n instance you already have (self-hosted or Cloud).
Do you need my Zapier or Make login?
No — view/collaborator access is enough for us to read the automation's logic; you keep control of the account.
What if n8n cannot do something Zapier or Make did?
Rare, but if it happens we tell you plainly in the handover note rather than quietly shipping a workflow that behaves differently.
Do you keep the old Zapier or Make automation running during migration?
Yes — we test the new n8n workflow in parallel and only ask you to switch off the original once you have confirmed it on a real run.
