The short answer
ZoopCoder fixes one bug in an existing Python script or small project — a traceback, a wrong result, or a script that stopped working after a Python or package upgrade — for a fixed ₹999 per issue, returned as corrected code with a plain-language note in 1-2 working days. Two upgrade errors account for many "it worked yesterday" scripts: Python 3.12 removed the distutils module, which breaks older imports with ModuleNotFoundError, and newer Ubuntu and Debian releases refuse a system-wide pip install with an externally-managed-environment error until a virtual environment is used.
What you get
- Your script reviewed and the reported failure reproduced with the same inputs
- Root cause traced: a logic error, a changed input file or API response, a package or Python version conflict, or a path or encoding problem
- A fix limited to the one issue, in up to about 500 lines or 5 files of Python
- Scripts using pandas, openpyxl, requests, Tkinter, argparse or the standard library covered
- The fixed script run against your sample data to prove the output is right
- A short written note on what was wrong and how to avoid it
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions if the same issue is still not fixed

About this service
Most broken Python scripts fall into a short list: the data they read changed shape, a package updated and renamed something, the Python version changed underneath them, or the script was always slightly wrong and only now met an input that shows it. We start by reproducing the failure with your sample data rather than guessing from the traceback, because the line Python reports is often where the problem surfaced, not where it began. The fix stays inside the one issue you reported, and if finding it shows that a feature needs rebuilding, we say so and quote it separately instead of quietly rewriting your script. Scrapers, backend APIs and Excel macros each have their own dedicated fix: Web Scraper Bug Fix, Backend API Bug Fix and Excel VBA Macro Bug Fix.
Questions before you buy
What counts as one issue?
One error or wrong result with one underlying cause. If two symptoms share one root cause, that still counts as one issue.
Can you fix a script you did not write?
Yes, once we can read the code and run it. We confirm that on the first working day.
My script works on my laptop but not on the server.
Usually a different Python version, a missing package or a different file path. We check those first and fix the one that is causing it.
I get the externally-managed-environment error when I install a package.
That is a newer Debian or Ubuntu protecting the system Python. The fix is a virtual environment, which we set up if that is what is blocking your script.
Can you also add a new feature while fixing it?
Not in this price. This service fixes what is broken; new features are quoted separately once we know what is needed.
Is my data safe?
Send a small sample with sensitive values removed or replaced. We need the shape of the data, not your real records.
