The short answer
ZoopCoder fixes one reproducible bug in an existing Shopify theme for a fixed ₹999 per issue, with the code diff back in your hands in 2-3 working days. The price covers reproducing the fault on your live store and tracing it to your theme's Liquid template, JSON section settings, or theme JavaScript/CSS — a wrong out-of-stock label, a cart or checkout script that stopped firing, or a price or variant that displays incorrectly are the most common causes. Shopify's Liquid language fails silently on many errors, rendering a blank section instead of an error message, which is why a store owner usually sees something disappear with no clue why.
What you get
- The bug reproduced on your live Shopify store, or a written explanation of why it cannot be reproduced
- Root cause traced in your theme's Liquid templates, JSON section settings, or theme JavaScript/CSS
- The fix written directly in your theme code as the smallest change that resolves it
- The exact code diff, so your own developer can review what changed
- Retested on the live theme in both desktop and mobile viewport
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions if the same issue is still not fixed

What we need from you
- Collaborator or staff access to your Shopify admin and theme code editor
- Steps to reproduce, or a screen recording of the bug
- The theme name, if it is a paid or third-party theme rather than a Shopify default
Not included
- Shopify subscription or app fees
- New features, sections or a redesign — a separate service, see our Shopify Theme Customization
- More than one unrelated issue — each is a separate ₹999 fix
- A fully custom app-based (Hydrogen/headless) storefront, or a theme with no admin access given — quoted after diagnosis
- Bugs caused by a third-party app installed on the store, if the app itself is at fault rather than the theme
About this service
This is the same deal as our app and website bug-fix services, sized for Shopify: one bug, one price, your theme code back. Shopify themes break in a few recurring ways — a theme update overwrote a customization, an app installed by the store owner conflicts with a script the theme relies on, or a JSON section setting got edited into an invalid state that Liquid silently ignores instead of flagging. We work inside your existing theme rather than rebuilding it, trace the one thing that broke, fix it, and hand back a diff so your own developer can see exactly what changed. If what looks like one bug is really several unrelated issues, or the store needs a broader restyle, we say so before doing any extra work — our Shopify Theme Customization service covers a restyle, and Shopify Store Setup covers a new store built from scratch.
Questions before you buy
What counts as one issue?
One reproducible fault with one cause — a button that does nothing, a price that displays wrong, a section that will not save, a checkout step that fails. If two symptoms share a single root cause, that is still one issue.
Do you need access to my Shopify admin?
Yes, staff or collaborator access is enough to open the theme code editor and reproduce the issue. You can create a limited login if you prefer.
Can you fix a theme you did not build?
Yes, once we have access to the theme code. We confirm that on the first working day.
What if it is a paid theme from the Shopify Theme Store?
That is fine — the price and process are the same either way, as long as we get code access rather than only the theme editor.
What if the bug is actually caused by an app I installed?
We tell you plainly if that is what we find during diagnosis — fixing a third-party app's own code is not something we can do, since we do not own it.
I need a full redesign, not a fix — is that this service?
No, that is our Shopify Theme Customization service. This is for a store that mostly works and has one thing broken.
