The short answer
ZoopCoder fixes one broken issue in an existing Telegram bot — a command that stopped responding, an inline button or menu flow that got stuck, or a webhook that silently stopped delivering messages — for a fixed ₹1,499 per issue, retested and returned in 2-3 working days. Most Telegram bot breakages trace to one of three things: the webhook URL losing its SSL certificate or the hosting it points to going down, a bot token or chat ID that changed after a redeploy, or a Telegram Bot API update changing how a specific method or keyword responds — we check the webhook status and recent API responses first and tell you exactly which one it was.
What you get
- Your existing Telegram bot reviewed for the one reported failure
- Webhook status and recent Bot API responses checked for delivery or error signals
- The failure reproduced by sending a real command or button tap to the bot
- Root cause traced: a broken webhook, an expired token, a hosting issue, or a changed API response
- The fix made inside the existing bot code — not a rebuild from scratch
- Tested with a real message to the bot before handover
- A short written note on what broke and what was changed
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions if the same issue is still not fixed

About this service
A Telegram bot that has been answering commands for months and then goes quiet is usually not a code problem at all — the webhook URL's SSL certificate expired, the hosting it points to restarted with a new address, or the bot token was rotated during a redeploy without updating every place it is used. We check the webhook status and the bot's recent API responses first, since that tells us within minutes whether the bot code is even being reached, then trace the actual cause before touching anything. If you do not have a Telegram bot yet, our Telegram Bot Development service builds one from scratch.
Questions before you buy
What counts as one issue?
One command, button flow or webhook that has stopped doing what it used to, with one underlying cause. If two symptoms share one root cause, that still counts as one issue.
Do you need my bot's source code?
Yes, or at least the hosting/webhook it runs on and the bot token. A limited or temporary access grant is fine.
Can you fix a bot you did not build?
Yes, once we can see the code and how it is deployed. We confirm that on the first working day.
Is this the same as your Telegram Bot Development service?
No. Development builds a new bot from scratch. This is for a bot that mostly works and has one thing broken.
What if the bot was built on a no-code platform like Manychat or Pabbly?
Tell us which platform when you describe the bug — we check whether the fix fits inside this scope or needs the platform-specific bug-fix service instead.
What if the real problem is in a connected system, not the bot?
We tell you plainly if that is what we find — fixing the other system is quoted separately once we know what is needed.
