The short answer
ZoopCoder sets up a private WireGuard or OpenVPN server on your own VPS for a fixed ₹1,499, ready in 1-2 working days. The price covers installing the VPN on a server in your name, a firewall that exposes only the ports needed, up to 10 device profiles with QR codes for phones and config files for laptops, DNS set so lookups go through the tunnel, and a test from a real device showing that your traffic leaves from the server address. WireGuard runs over UDP, on port 51820 by default, and each device gets its own key pair, so one lost phone can be removed without touching the other nine. The VPS is paid for separately.
What you get
- WireGuard (our default, fast and simple) or OpenVPN (if you need TCP or an older client) installed on your Linux VPS, your choice
- Server hardened for the job: firewall allowing only SSH and the VPN port, root password login switched off, automatic security updates on
- Up to 10 device profiles, each with its own key or certificate, delivered as a QR code for phones and a config file for laptops
- Full-tunnel (all traffic) or split-tunnel (only your office or server network) set up, whichever you ask for
- DNS set so lookups go through the tunnel and do not leak, checked from a real device
- A test from one phone and one laptop: connected, new public IP is the server address, and a reboot of the server brings the VPN back by itself
- A short written guide to add or remove a device, plus 7 days of fixes for anything we configured

About this service
A VPN on your own VPS gives you an encrypted connection to a server you control, which is useful for reaching an office network or a private server from anywhere, and for using public Wi-Fi without trusting it. WireGuard is built into the Linux kernel and is the simpler and faster choice for most people; OpenVPN is the older option and is still the right one when a network only allows TCP or a device only has an OpenVPN client. The usual mistakes in a do-it-yourself install are leaving the firewall wide open, sharing one key between every device, and DNS requests leaking outside the tunnel. We avoid all three, give each device its own profile and test the connection from real devices before handover. This is a private VPN for you and your team, not a service to resell. For a full server set-up around it see VPS Server Setup, and if your server is already misbehaving see VPS Server Issue Fix.
Questions before you buy
WireGuard or OpenVPN — which should I pick?
WireGuard for almost everyone: it is faster, simpler and fine on phones. Choose OpenVPN only if your network blocks UDP and needs TCP, or a device only supports OpenVPN. Tell us your devices and we will advise before we start.
Do I need my own VPS?
Yes. The VPS must be in your name with root or sudo SSH access. We tell you what size and location to buy before you pay for one; a small plan is enough for a handful of devices.
How many devices are included?
Up to 10, each with its own key. Adding more later is a two-minute job using the guide we send, or ask us to do it.
Can I sell VPN access to other people with it?
No. This is a private VPN for you and your team. Reselling needs billing, user panels and abuse handling, which are outside this service.
What if a phone is lost?
Each device has its own key, so you remove that one profile from the server and the other devices keep working. The guide shows the exact steps.
Will the VPN make me anonymous?
No. Traffic leaves from your VPS, so your hosting provider can see where it came from. A private VPN protects you on untrusted networks and gives you a fixed address; it is not an anonymity tool.
