The short answer
ZoopCoder connects one domain to one website on Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or ordinary web hosting, or fixes a broken connection, for a fixed ₹999 per domain in 1-2 working days. Most failed connections come down to a wrong or leftover DNS record: for example, Shopify asks for a single A record on the root domain pointing to 23.227.38.65 and a CNAME for www pointing to shops.myshopify.com, with any other A records removed, and a domain that still carries an old host's records will not verify. We read your DNS, correct the records, set which of www or the bare domain is the main address, and test it.

About this service
Buying a domain and putting a website live are two separate steps, and the gap between them is DNS. The domain lives at a registrar, the website lives on Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or a hosting account, and a few records have to tell the world which points to which. When they are slightly wrong the result looks alarming: a registrar parking page, a platform message saying the domain is not connected, a browser warning, or the old website still showing. The records are usually small, but one wrong or leftover entry stops the whole thing. A bare domain cannot use a CNAME record in the way www can, so platforms ask for an A record on the root and a CNAME on www, and an old A record left from a previous host can quietly break it. New records can also take time to spread, which Shopify puts at up to 48 hours, so a correct fix can still look wrong for a while. We read what is there, change only what needs changing, test from outside, and tell you what to expect while it settles. Questions before you buy
My domain shows a GoDaddy or registrar parking page instead of my website. Is that this service?
Yes. A parking page means the domain still points at the registrar's default records. We replace them with the records your website platform asks for and verify the domain there.
How long until the domain works after the records are right?
Many changes work within an hour, but Shopify says a connection can take up to 48 hours to be fully live. We test again once the change has spread and tell you if anything still needs attention.
Do I have to change my nameservers?
Not always. Most platforms let you keep your registrar's DNS and just add a few records. Some setups, including Wix's nameserver option, change the nameservers instead. We pick the option that does not disturb your email and other services.
Will this break my business email?
We keep your existing MX and mail records exactly as they are and only touch the records the website needs. If email is already broken, that is our separate Business Email Not Working Fix.
The platform says my domain is connected but the browser shows a security warning. Is that covered?
The connection is. Platforms issue their own HTTPS certificate once the records are right, which can take a few hours. If the warning stays after that, our SSL Certificate Fix covers it.
Can you transfer my domain to another registrar?
No. A transfer needs an authorisation code from you and fees paid to the registrar, and it is outside this fixed-price service.
