The short answer

ZoopCoder diagnoses and fixes one business-email problem on one domain — mail not arriving, bouncing, not sending, or refusing to connect in Outlook or on a phone — for a fixed ₹1,699, within 1-2 working days. Google's own MX guide says to remove any other MX records, because old or incorrect ones can stop email working correctly, and that new records can take up to 72 hours to be recognised; a common cause is a domain moved to Google Workspace or Zoho while the old host's MX line is still in DNS, so some mail still goes to the old place.

What you get

  • Your domain's DNS read in full: MX records, mail-related A and CNAME records and any leftover entries from a previous host
  • The real cause found by sending and receiving test mail and reading the bounce message, not by guessing
  • MX records corrected so they point only at your current provider (Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, Microsoft 365 or your hosting mail)
  • On cPanel hosting, the Email Routing setting corrected so the server sends mail for your domain to the right provider instead of keeping it as a local mailbox
  • Mailbox problems fixed: full quota, wrong password or a disabled mailbox, and bounce-back errors explained
  • Outlook, Gmail app or phone connection fixed on up to 3 devices or accounts, with the correct incoming and outgoing server settings
  • A written note of what was wrong, what changed and the DNS records as they now stand

About this service

Business email breaks in a small number of ways, and almost all of them come from the settings around the mailbox rather than the mailbox itself. A very common cause is old and new mail settings left side by side: the domain was moved to Google Workspace or Zoho, but the previous host's MX record is still there, or cPanel is still set to keep mail for the domain on its own server. Others are a mailbox over its quota, a changed password the phone still tries to use, or the wrong server name and port typed into Outlook. DNS changes can also take time to be recognised, which is why a fix that is right can still look broken for a while. We read your DNS, test mail both ways, fix the cause and show you the proof.

Questions before you buy

Why is my business email not receiving mail but sending fine?

Receiving depends on your domain's MX records and, on cPanel hosting, the Email Routing setting. If the MX points at the wrong place, or an old MX is still listed beside the new one, some or all mail goes elsewhere. We check both and correct them.

How long do MX changes take to start working?

Google says new MX records can take up to 72 hours to be recognised, though many changes work much sooner. We tell you what to expect and test again once the change has spread.

My emails go to spam, is that this service?

No. This service is for mail that does not arrive, bounces or will not connect. Mail that lands in the spam folder is a sender-authentication problem, covered by our SPF, DKIM and DMARC service.

Can you fix Outlook not connecting to my domain email?

Yes, for up to 3 devices or accounts. We find the correct incoming and outgoing server names, ports and security settings for your provider and set them up, or tell you if the problem is on the server side.

What if the cause is that my mailbox plan expired?

We tell you straight away. A lapsed subscription or a suspended account has to be renewed with the provider, whose fee is paid to them directly, and we then check mail flows again.

Do you need my email password?

Usually not. We work from DNS and admin access. If a specific mailbox login must be tested, we ask you to reset it afterwards.
