The short answer

ZoopCoder fixes one failing GitHub Actions workflow in one repository for a fixed ₹1,999 per issue — a build that errors, a job that never starts, secrets that come through empty or a deploy over SSH that is refused — and returns it re-run green in 1-2 working days. The run log names the failing step, and the usual causes are specific: the “Resource not accessible by integration” error means the workflow’s GITHUB_TOKEN was not given the permission the step needs, a job pinned to the ubuntu-20.04 runner image waits forever because GitHub retired that image in April 2025, and workflows that use version 3 of the upload-artifact action stopped working on 30 January 2025.

What you get

  • The failing run reproduced from your repository and the run log read to find the exact failing step
  • The workflow file corrected: permissions block, runner image, action versions, caching, triggers and the branch or path filters
  • Secrets and variables checked for the usual faults: wrong name, set at the wrong level, or not passed to the job or to the environment it deploys to
  • For a deploy over SSH: the deploy key, known hosts entry and server-side permissions checked, with the key kept limited to that one server
  • The workflow re-run on your repository until it passes, and the result shown to you
  • A short written note on what failed, what changed in the file and how to read the log if it fails again
  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions if the same issue is still not fixed

About this service

A pipeline that ran green for a year and then fails with no change from you is usually reacting to something that moved underneath it. GitHub retires old runner images and old versions of its own actions on published dates, a token that used to have write access by default now gets only the permissions the workflow file asks for, a deploy key was rotated on the server and not in the secrets, or a secret exists in the repository but the job runs in an environment that has its own list. The run log shows which, if you know where to look. We read the failing step, find the real cause rather than the first red line, and change the smallest amount of the file to fix it. If you have no pipeline yet, our GitHub Actions CI/CD Pipeline Setup builds one.

Questions before you buy

What counts as one issue?

One workflow failing for one underlying reason. If a single outdated action breaks three jobs in the same workflow, that is still one issue.

Can you fix a pipeline you did not write?

Yes. We read the file and the run logs. If the workflow is so tangled that fixing it means rewriting it, we tell you on the first working day and quote the setup service instead.

My tests fail in the pipeline but pass on my laptop. Is that this?

Often yes, when the cause is the environment: a different Node or Python version, a missing environment variable or a service container the tests expect. If the tests fail because the application is actually wrong, that is a code bug and a different service.

Why does my job sit on “Waiting for a runner” forever?

Most often the workflow asks for a runner image or label that no longer exists, such as the retired ubuntu-20.04 image, or the account has run out of its free minutes. We check both.

Do you need my GitHub password?

No. An invite to the repository as a collaborator is enough and you can remove it afterwards. Secret values are never shown to us by GitHub; we check that they exist and that the job can read them.

Can you fix GitLab CI or Jenkins?

Not in this service. It covers GitHub Actions on GitHub-hosted runners only. Other platforms are quoted separately.

Is this the same as your GitHub Actions CI/CD Pipeline Setup?

No. Setup builds a new pipeline for a repository that has none. This repairs one workflow that already exists and has stopped working.
