How it works
- Tell us the repository and the server firstSend the stack, how you deploy today and the server details before you pay. If it is outside this scope we say so and you pay nothing.
- Pay ₹1,799Secure Razorpay checkout — one order per repository.
- Pipeline built, tested, handed overWe write and test the workflow on a branch, run a real deploy with you watching, and confirm on WhatsApp once the first push goes live by itself.
The short answer
ZoopCoder sets up one GitHub Actions pipeline for one repository, with tests, a build and an automatic deploy to your VPS on every push, for a fixed ₹1,799, ready in 1-2 working days. GitHub Free includes 2,000 Linux minutes a month for private repositories and unlimited standard-runner minutes for public ones, but Windows jobs count double and macOS jobs ten times, so the pipeline is written for a Linux runner with cached dependencies to keep a typical project well inside the free allowance.
What you get
- Your repository reviewed and a workflow file written in .github/workflows for your stack: Node.js, Python, PHP or a Docker image
- Dependency caching, so the run takes minutes and not tens of minutes
- Your existing tests and lint steps run on every push and pull request, with the build failing the run if they fail
- Automatic deploy to your VPS over SSH on a push to main, using a dedicated deploy key limited to that one server and never a personal key
- Up to 2 environments, for example staging on a develop branch and production on main, each with its own secrets
- All passwords, keys and tokens stored as GitHub Actions secrets and never written in the code
- A README with how to trigger, re-run and roll back a deploy, plus a live walkthrough over WhatsApp or a call
| Price | ₹1,799/repository (fixed) |
|---|---|
| Scope | One repository, up to 2 environments |
| Platform | GitHub Actions on GitHub-hosted Linux runners |
| Deploy target | Your VPS over SSH |
| Timeline | 1-2 working days |
| Access needed | Repository admin and VPS SSH |
| Support | 15 days on the pipeline we built |
What we need from you
- A GitHub repository where you can add workflows and secrets, with admin access for us or an invite
- SSH access to your VPS (a sudo user), and how the app is started or restarted today
- The commands you run to test, build and start the app, and the branch you want deployed
Not included
- GitHub plan fees or minutes beyond the free allowance, paid to GitHub directly. Manual approval steps before production depend on your GitHub plan for private repositories
- Writing the tests themselves. We run the tests you already have; if there are none the pipeline builds and deploys only
- Containerising the app or preparing the server — see our Dockerize and Deploy Your App on a VPS (₹2,299) and VPS Server Setup (₹3,999)
- Kubernetes, Terraform, self-hosted runners, GitLab CI, Jenkins or CircleCI — quoted separately
- Mobile release pipelines that upload to Google Play or the App Store, and more than one repository or 2 environments — quoted separately
About this service
A deploy that depends on one person remembering to upload the right files is a deploy that eventually goes wrong on a Friday evening. A pipeline replaces that memory with a file in the repository: every push is tested and built the same way, and only a passing build reaches the server. We keep it deliberately plain: one workflow, readable steps, secrets stored in GitHub and a deploy key that can reach only the one server it is meant for. Pull requests from forks never receive your secrets, which is how GitHub protects them, so deployments run only from your own branches. When something changes later, the YAML is short enough that you or any developer can read and edit it.
Questions before you buy
Do I have to pay GitHub for this?
Not usually. GitHub Free includes 2,000 Linux minutes a month for private repositories and public repositories run free. A typical small project uses a small fraction of that. If you go past it, GitHub bills you directly.
Can it deploy to Vercel, Netlify or cPanel hosting?
Vercel and Netlify already deploy from Git on their own, so you rarely need a pipeline for them. For a VPS we deploy over SSH. Shared hosting that only offers FTP can be possible; tell us the host before you pay.
My project has no tests. Is that a problem?
No. The pipeline then installs, builds and deploys. You can add tests later and they will run automatically in the same workflow.
What happens if a deploy breaks the site?
The README explains how to re-run the previous commit, which redeploys the last good version. We set that up and show it working during the walkthrough.
Can you use GitLab or Bitbucket instead?
Not in this price. This service is built around GitHub Actions. Other platforms are quoted separately.
Is my server login safe?
We create a separate deploy user and key for the pipeline, store the key as a GitHub secret and never ask for your personal password or your own private key.
