Our Web Scraping & Data Extraction service (₹5,499) explicitly does not include running the script on a schedule, because that is a separate infrastructure job — a cron entry, error handling for a run that silently returns nothing, and somewhere for the output to land — not more scraping logic, which is exactly what this service adds on top of a scraper you already have.

- An already-provisioned VPS with root/sudo access — if you do not have one yet, VPS Server Setup (₹3,999) is the prerequisite service
- The destination: a Google account for Sheets, a webhook URL, or an email address
- Confirmation that the source site's terms allow scheduled, automated access at the frequency you want

- The VPS itself — its hosting cost is billed to you by your provider, not us
- Building or fixing the scraper's extraction logic — that is the separate Web Scraping & Data Extraction service (₹5,499)
- Sites that need a login, a CAPTCHA or a paid subscription — a schedule does not change what our scraping service already refuses
- Proxy or residential IP costs, if the source blocks datacentre IPs — billed at cost, only with your approval first
- More than one schedule or destination — quoted per additional schedule
- A monitoring dashboard or uptime guarantee — you get a log file and a single failure alert, not a managed SLA
About this service
A scraper that only runs when someone remembers to run it stops being useful the moment that person is on leave. This service is the infrastructure half of that problem: a scheduled trigger, a place for the output to land automatically, and a single alert if a run comes back empty instead of the failure going unnoticed for a month. It is deliberately not a managed data service — we install it on a VPS you already control, hand you the log file, and you own the schedule from there. Questions before you buy
Do you build the scraper too?
Not in this price. This service schedules a scraper that already works — either one we built for you under Web Scraping & Data Extraction (₹5,499), or one you already have. If you need both, we quote them together.
What if I do not have a VPS?
VPS Server Setup (₹3,999) is the separate prerequisite service that provisions and hardens a server first. This service then installs the schedule on it.
What happens if the source site blocks the scheduled runs?
The same refusal rules as our scraping service apply — we do not fight CAPTCHAs or work around a login wall. If a source starts blocking scheduled requests, we tell you rather than escalating around it.
Can I get more than one schedule, or send output to two places?
Yes, quoted per additional schedule or destination — this fixed price covers exactly one of each.
Is there a dashboard or uptime guarantee?
No. You get a log file and a single failure alert by design — an honest, small piece of infrastructure, not a monitored SaaS product with an SLA we cannot back.
