Shiprocket’s own channel integrations cost nothing to connect — you pay Shiprocket per shipment, not for the plumbing — so what this price actually buys is the part that breaks in practice: addresses and phone numbers that fail Shiprocket’s validation and stall at booking, COD orders that arrive tagged as prepaid, weights and dimensions left at defaults that get the shipment held, and a tracking link nobody wired into the order email.

- Shiprocket plan fees, shipping charges, COD remittance charges and RTO charges — those are always paid to Shiprocket directly
- Warehouse, inventory or ERP/Tally sync beyond order and tracking data
- Multi-vendor or marketplace seller-wise shipping splits — quoted separately
- Direct courier API integrations (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC) instead of Shiprocket — a different scope, quoted separately
- A custom store we cannot get code access to — without the code there is nothing to integrate
- We are not affiliated with Shiprocket; rates, serviceability, pickups and remittances are theirs
About this service
Most small Indian stores start by copying each order into the Shiprocket panel by hand, which is fine at five orders a day and impossible at fifty. This is the wiring that removes that step. Orders created in your store appear in Shiprocket on their own, correctly marked prepaid or COD, with an address in the shape Shiprocket will accept and a weight and dimension already filled in — the three things that otherwise send a shipment back to you as an error. Once the courier is assigned, the AWB, courier name and tracking link come back the other way, land on the order in your admin, and go out in the confirmation email so the customer stops asking where the parcel is. On Shopify and WooCommerce we also add a pin code serviceability check to the product or cart page, which is the cheapest way to stop orders you cannot actually deliver. We test it with a real shipment, cancel it, and hand you a one-page note on how to run it yourself.
Questions before you buy
Do I need a paid Shiprocket plan?
No. You need a Shiprocket account — signing up is free and you pay them per shipment. Whichever plan you are on, this integration works the same way.
Will COD orders work properly?
Yes. COD is the most common thing to get wrong, so the payment mode is mapped explicitly and the test order covers it.
Can you integrate Delhivery or Blue Dart directly instead?
Shiprocket already aggregates those couriers, which is why most small stores use it. A direct courier API integration is possible but it is a different scope — ask and we will quote it.
What about returns and RTO?
RTO status syncs back so you can see it on the order in your own admin. The return pickup itself is still raised inside Shiprocket’s panel.
My site is custom-built, not Shopify or WooCommerce. Can you still do it?
Yes, if we can read and deploy your code. We use the Shiprocket API directly and add the order push, the webhook that receives status updates, and the tracking display.
Who owns the Shiprocket account?
You do. It is created under your own email and phone, and we only need access while the work is on.
