About this service
Zoho’s free connector moves orders from WooCommerce into Zoho Books on its own, but the default mapping is rarely right for an Indian store out of the box — GST-inclusive prices post as tax-exclusive, shipping charges land in the wrong ledger account, and every guest checkout creates a fresh duplicate customer. This is the setup and testing work that fixes those before your accountant finds them at filing time. It is scoped to one WooCommerce store talking to one Zoho Books organization, going forward from the day it is connected — it does not attempt to reconstruct historical invoices, and it does not replace your own or your CA’s review of what Zoho Books reports.
Questions before you buy
Does this include my Zoho Books subscription?
No. Zoho Books is a separate paid subscription billed by Zoho. This is the one-time work of connecting and correctly mapping WooCommerce to whatever Zoho Books plan you already have.
Can you connect Shopify to Zoho Books instead?
This service is scoped to WooCommerce, since the connector and field mapping are different on Shopify. A Shopify-to-Zoho Books connection is a separate job — ask us and we will scope it.
What about orders from before you connect it?
Not included. This syncs orders placed after the connection goes live. Backfilling older orders is possible but is quoted separately once we know how many.
Will this handle Tally as well?
No. Tally normally runs on a desktop or local network, which cannot be reached remotely at a fixed price without seeing your specific setup, so it is not part of this service.
Does this guarantee my GST filing is correct?
It maps tax lines so the Zoho Books entry matches what the customer actually paid, which is the input your filing needs. The filing itself, and whether it is correct, remains your or your CA’s responsibility — we do not file or guarantee compliance.
I already have a WooCommerce-Zoho Books plugin installed but it is wrong — can you fix it?
Yes. We can audit the existing connection and correct the mapping instead of starting over, at the same price if the existing setup is close, or quoted if it needs to be rebuilt.
