The short answer
ZoopCoder builds a one-time export tool that pulls orders from one Shopify or WooCommerce store and writes them out as a Tally-importable XML voucher file, for a fixed ₹5,499, delivered in 4-5 working days. Tally Prime has no cloud API, which is why our other Tally services do not offer a live, always-on sync either — what this tool does instead is let you run it whenever you want new orders in Tally, entering your date range, and then import the resulting XML file yourself through Tally's own Import Data screen.

What we need from you
- A licensed, already-installed copy of Tally Prime with GST ledgers already configured (see our separate Tally Prime Setup & Configuration if not)
- Shopify or WooCommerce API access (admin API key, or REST API credentials)
- Your chart of ledger names in Tally that orders should map to (sales account, GST ledgers, shipping)
- Screen-share access for the run-through session (AnyDesk or TeamViewer)
Not included
- A live, always-on sync between your store and Tally — Tally has no cloud API for that, so this is an on-demand tool you run yourself, not an automated background integration
- The Tally Prime software licence, or the Shopify/WooCommerce platform fees
- Tally company setup or GST/HSN configuration — that is our separate Tally Prime Setup & Configuration service, ₹999
- More than one store or more than one Tally company
- Inventory/stock-item sync — this exports sales vouchers only, not stock movements
About this service
Tally Prime has no cloud API, which is the same reason our Tally Prime Setup & Configuration and Tally Prime TDL Customization services are both explicit that an automated, ongoing sync between Tally and another system is a separate, larger-scoped integration project, not a one-time deliverable. This service is a different, narrower thing: a script that talks to your Shopify or WooCommerce store's own API and writes the orders out as a Tally-importable XML file, which you then bring into Tally yourself through its own Import Data screen, whenever you choose to run it. There is no server watching your store around the clock and no live connection into Tally — it is a tool you own and run on demand, which is what makes it possible to deliver as a fixed-price, one-time job instead of an ongoing service.
Questions before you buy
Will this keep Tally updated automatically, all the time?
No — Tally has no cloud API to support that, which is why we don't offer it here or in our other Tally services. This is a script you run yourself whenever you want to bring in new orders.
Do I need Tally already set up with GST ledgers?
Yes — this maps orders to ledgers that already exist. If you need Tally configured from scratch first, that is our separate Tally Prime Setup & Configuration service, ₹999.
Does this update my stock/inventory in Tally?
No — it exports sales vouchers (the invoice-equivalent entries) only. Stock-item sync is a different, larger scope.
Can it cover both Shopify and WooCommerce for the same business?
This covers one store on one platform. A second store or platform is a separate build, quoted the same way.
What if the imported vouchers don't match my ledger structure?
That is covered under the 7 days of fixes — tell us what does not match and we correct the mapping.
