Shopify has no official native Zoho Books connector the way WooCommerce does, so this is built through Zoho Flow or the Shopify and Zoho Books APIs directly — which is also why it is priced and scoped separately from our WooCommerce to Zoho Books Integration rather than treated as the same job.

What we need from you
- Shopify admin access
- Zoho Books account login, or your organization added as an authorized user, on a plan that supports Zoho Flow or the API being used
- A Zoho Flow account/plan if Flow is the route used (a free tier exists but has monthly task limits)
- Your GST registration details if applicable, so tax lines match your filed returns
Not included
- Zoho Books or Zoho Flow subscription fees — paid to Zoho directly, not to ZoopCoder
- Inventory sync, purchase orders or multi-warehouse stock — quoted separately if needed
- Migrating historical past orders into Zoho Books — this connects orders going forward only, unless backfilling is quoted separately
- Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory or other Zoho One modules beyond Books
- WooCommerce, Tally or any platform other than Shopify on one side and Zoho Books on the other
About this service
Shopify does not ship a native Zoho Books connector the way WooCommerce does through Zoho's own plugin, so a working sync has to be assembled through Zoho Flow's Shopify and Zoho Books connectors, or the two platforms' APIs directly when Flow's prebuilt triggers do not cover a specific field or edge case. That assembly and field-mapping work — making sure GST-inclusive prices, discounts and shipping post to the right ledger accounts, and that a guest checkout does not create a duplicate customer on every order — is what this service delivers. It is scoped to one Shopify store talking to one Zoho Books organization, going forward from the day it is connected — it does not attempt to reconstruct historical invoices, and it does not replace your own or your CA's review of what Zoho Books reports.
Questions before you buy
Does this include my Zoho Books or Zoho Flow subscription?
No. Both are separate paid subscriptions billed by Zoho. This is the one-time work of connecting and correctly mapping Shopify to whatever Zoho Books plan you already have.
Why is this priced higher than your WooCommerce to Zoho Books Integration?
WooCommerce has a free, official Zoho-built connector we configure and map. Shopify does not — the integration has to be assembled through Zoho Flow or built against both APIs directly, which is more work.
What about orders from before you connect it?
Not included. This syncs orders placed after the connection goes live. Backfilling older orders is possible but is quoted separately once we know how many.
Will this handle Tally as well?
No. That is a different, separate service scoped for Tally specifically, since Tally has no cloud API to connect to directly.
Does this guarantee my GST filing is correct?
It maps tax lines so the Zoho Books entry matches what the customer actually paid, which is the input your filing needs. The filing itself, and whether it is correct, remains your or your CA's responsibility — we do not file or guarantee compliance.
