A coaching institute or trainer needs to publish courses, run live classes and issue certificates. Watch the admin screens behind those tasks, then read the gaps before you commission a course platform.
Learning management system deployment at ZoopCoder starts at ₹1,00,000, with maintenance plans at ₹3,000 / ₹8,000 / ₹15,000+ per month. The English demo on this page shows 17 admin screens in 3 minutes 23 seconds, including Courses, Live Classes, Quizzes, Quizzes Certificates, Certificate Templates, Course Notes, Course Forum, Reviews and Consultants. That is evidence of a course-delivery back office. It is not evidence of the three things most Indian buyers actually decide on: no per-student progress report is opened, no payment or enrolment screen appears anywhere in the recording, and no protection against lecture downloading or screen recording is shown. A custom build takes 6–16 weeks. Source code ownership and 30 days of post-launch support are included, with 30/40/30 milestone payments. Video hosting, bandwidth and a live-class provider are recurring third-party costs on top of the deployment fee, not included in it. Before asking for a quote, count the students you can actually enrol in the next six months. Below roughly 20 paying learners, a ₹1,00,000 platform costs more than the revenue it organises, and an existing course marketplace is the cheaper way to start.

How this page was prepared: ZoopCoder sells deployment and development services. The screen inventory below comes from the recording plan for this published demo; the feature captions on the video are checked against it separately, further down. A screen title establishes which area was opened, not that every workflow in that area was tested. Demo records are not client results.
Write down a single course you will sell and walk it end to end on paper. Who uploads the lectures, and how long are they? Does the student pay before the first lesson or after a free preview? Is there a live doubt-clearing class, and who runs it? What does the certificate say, and does anyone ever verify it? Those five answers scope a learning platform far more accurately than asking for something like a large national EdTech app.
The answers also decide whether you need this at all. If you teach one batch of fifteen students, a recorded video drive and a messaging group already does most of the work. A learning management system starts paying for itself when enrolments, payments, batches and certificates stop fitting in a spreadsheet, or when you need each student to see only what they paid for.
Price the course platform you actually plan to run
Tell us your subject, how many learners you expect in six months, whether classes are live or recorded, and how students will pay. Ask for the missing workflows on this page to be demonstrated inside the quote.
The first column reproduces the recorded screen names. The final column is a buying test to request; it is not a claim that the recording demonstrates that behaviour. Two entries are recorded only as a bare list, and one is the product name plate rather than a feature — they are listed here anyway, because leaving them out would inflate the count.
| Recorded screen | Area shown | What to ask the vendor to prove |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard | Admin overview | Which figures are counted, over what period, and do they move when a test student enrols? |
| Courses | Course records | Can a new course be created with sections and lessons, a real video uploaded and the course published? |
| Live Classes | Live class administration | Which live-class provider is connected, who pays for it, and what is the tested limit on concurrent students? |
| Quizzes | Quiz administration | Can a quiz be authored, attempted by a test student, marked automatically and re-attempted? |
| Quizzes Certificates | Quiz certificate records | Is a certificate issued on reaching the pass mark, and can a third party verify it later? |
| Certificate Templates | Certificate template settings | Can the template carry your institute name, signature and a unique certificate number? |
| Course Notes | Student note records | Who can read a student note, and can it be exported or deleted on request? |
| Course Forum | Course discussion administration | Who moderates posts, and is a trainer notified when a question goes unanswered? |
| Reviews | Course review records | Can a review be held for moderation before it appears on the public course page? |
| Consultants | Consultation records | What does a consultation cost the student, who is paid for it, and how is the slot booked? |
| Sold Tickets | Paid ticket records | Ask what a ticket represents in your configuration and which payment created the record. |
| Marketing Dashboard | Marketing analytics | Which traffic and campaign sources are tracked, and can it be reconciled with your own analytics? |
| Trends | Trend analytics | Over which date range, and can the underlying rows be exported for your accountant? |
| History | Activity history | Which actions are logged, against which user, and how long is the log retained? |
| List | Unlabelled list view | Ask which module this list belongs to before counting it as a feature. |
| Lists | Unlabelled list view | Same: request a named screen populated with your own sample data. |
| ROCKET LMS | Product name shown on screen | Ask in writing which product is deployed, who holds the licence, what it costs annually and how it is branded for you. |
The video caption lists a course and lesson builder, video lessons and quizzes, student progress tracking, online payments and enrolment, and certificates on completion. Measured against the recorded screens, two of those five claims have no supporting screen at all, and the other three show the administration area rather than a completed journey.
Also unproven here, and important in the Indian market specifically: download blocking, dynamic watermarking, device limits or encrypted playback for recorded lectures; GST on a course invoice; UPI and EMI at checkout; regional-language content; a native mobile app; offline viewing on a low-bandwidth connection; and bulk import of an existing student list. If any of those decides your purchase, make it an acceptance condition in the written scope. A menu entry is not evidence of a working integration.
These are ZoopCoder published prices, checked on 10 September 2026, rather than a survey of other vendors. The starting price is not a promise that every feature discussed on this page is included.
| Item | Published figure | Quote boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Deployment and configuration | From ₹1,00,000 | Agree the delivered screens, branding, content migration and acceptance tests. |
| Custom build | 6–16 weeks | A project timeline for agreed custom scope; not an instant deployment promise. |
| Monthly maintenance | ₹3,000 / ₹8,000 / ₹15,000+ | Basic / Professional / Enterprise. Select the plan against the published inclusions. |
| Ownership and initial support | Source code + 30 days support included | Project files and documentation are included in the published terms. |
| Milestone payments | 30% / 40% / 30% | Write the deliverable and acceptance condition for each milestone. |
| Video hosting and bandwidth | Not included | A recurring third-party cost that scales with hours of video and number of viewers. Get it quoted separately. |
These are proposed tests for the system you commission, not completed tests of this demo. Link each one to a milestone and record the result before signing it off.
ZoopCoder deployment starts at ₹1,00,000. Maintenance plans are ₹3,000, ₹8,000 and ₹15,000+ per month. A custom build takes 6–16 weeks. These are published starting figures, not a fixed quote for every course platform. Video hosting and bandwidth, a live-class provider and any payment-gateway charges are recurring third-party costs and belong on separate lines of the written quote.
No. Student progress tracking is listed in the video caption, but no per-student progress report appears in the 17 recorded screens. Marketing Dashboard and Trends are analytics areas, which is not the same as opening one learner and seeing which lessons they finished. Ask for that exact report to be demonstrated with a test student before you buy.
No payment, transaction or enrolment screen appears in the recording. Sold Tickets is the only screen that implies money changed hands, and what a ticket represents is not explained on camera. Treat checkout, invoices, GST on the invoice, coupons, refunds and enrolment as scope that needs an end-to-end acceptance test in gateway test mode.
Certificate Templates and Quizzes Certificates are both recorded screens, so the system clearly has a certificate area. Automatic issue on course completion, a unique verifiable certificate number and the institute name and signature on the template are not demonstrated. Ask for one test student to be taken from a failed quiz to a passed quiz to a downloaded certificate.
It is a product name shown on screen during the recording. This demo is a tour of an existing learning-management product being administered, not of software written from scratch on camera. Before paying, ask in writing which underlying product is deployed, who holds the licence, what the licence costs each year and how the interface will be branded for your institute.
Nothing in the recording demonstrates download blocking, dynamic watermarking, device limits or encrypted video playback. For an Indian coaching institute selling recorded lectures this is usually the deciding requirement, so name the exact protection you need, name the video platform that will provide it, and make a real screen-recording attempt part of the acceptance test.
ZoopCoder published pricing includes source code ownership, project files and documentation, plus 30 days of post-launch support. Payments follow 30/40/30 milestones. Ongoing maintenance and any third-party service you choose are separate lines in the written quote.
Share your subject, expected learner numbers, whether classes are live or recorded, how students will pay and what content you already have. Ask for an itemised quote that separates the demonstrated admin screens from the workflows this page says are missing.
